I ordered on Friday 8/26/2022 my order arrived on TODAY 8/29/2022. I replaced the lamp myself and it worked perfectly! Screen is clear and bright! The price was great after discount I paid under 70.00 for a Mitsubishi 73640 lamp! I definitely recommend them. Thank you Jaspertronics!

The projector lamp was ordered about a year ago, but not put into use until this week, as the old bulb was still working. When I installed it, it did not work. I explained all this to them and paid to ship it back to prove it was damaged. They refused anything and were quite rude about it, calling me a liar.

The projector lamp was ordered about a year ago, but not put into use until this week, as the old bulb was still working. When I installed it, it did not work. I explained all this to them and paid to ship it back to prove it was damaged. They refused anything and were quite rude about it, calling me a liar.

Bait and switch. I bought a lamp replacement for my benque projector. The replacement was so dark you couldn't even see anything on the screen. I contacted them and they wanted to exchange it but it would cost more. I refused to pay more and asked for refund. They then asked for pics of lamp and screen. They didn't believe screen pic was real and said that they would charge me a restocking fee if they determine the lamp is OK when I return it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

But not showing total brightness, even compared used oem bulb.
Package delivered as cheap chinese box, looks not oem chinese package
Customer Support said its not fake but result shows, lamp wire, text size, reflector very different than oem

This company does not stand behind their products. Replacement lamp made noises and failed after two days. Sent a replacement, did the same thing. They then tried to blame my projector, even though it still works perfectly with original lamp. Want to charge me shipping and restocking fees to return defective lamps. Run as fast as you can away from these guys.

Overall I have had a positive experience. The wrong lamp was sent to me originally and I had to email customer support. They asked for some pictures and had me try a few things, but without too much hassle sent a replacement lamp. I am disappointed however that they shipped the replacement with the regular USPS option when I had originally paid for 3 day shipping. Seems like they would at least ship the same speed I originally paid for or faster. I have not received the replacement lamp yet. I will update if needed.

Good customer service. He answered all my questions and my tv lamp arrived in 3 days. The lamp was an original OEM product. Free shipping as well. I will definitely order from them again!

Fast shipping and original part. Packaged well, was concerned about the Way some companies shipping breakable objects in sleeve, but wrapped well in sturdy box will order from them again.

I bought from JasperTronics a replacement bulb for my epson home cinema 5030UB on march 19 2022. I installed it as soon as it arrived and lasted about 6 hours. After that I was told that they received a bad batch and would send a new lamp as a replacement as soon as possible, but because they had received a bad batch they didn't know when. In the meantime I bought another lamp somewhere else and that one also lasted only few hours. I took the projector for a checkup in case the issue was with the projector. It turns out that most of these lamps are not assembled according to epson standards, eg the wires are not the right gauge etc. that's why they burn easily. I now have an original epson lamp and case and all is working fine again. I did inquiry with Jaspertronics to return their poorly assembled lamp and they are not interested in taking it back. If you want a proper lamp that lasts avoid JasperTronics that's my advice.

I had placed an order over a week ago and received a shipping tracking number, but that order was never submitted and USPS is still awaiting the item. I have called 2 times already and both times they told me someone would get back to me about the status of the order after they find out more details with the manager. No one has returned my calls and I am now wondering if this company is either fake or simply incompetent.

Jaspertronics' customer service helped verify the specifications for the part before I ordered and the item is a true OEM replacement as advertised. It installed perfectly and the quality is equal to or better than the original part. Jaspertronics' price for the part was less than a quarter of what Viewsonic charges for the same part! I will definitely keep Jaspertronics in mind for future electronics needs.

Had searched other sites about same part for comparison. I experienced lack of knowledge or minimal information. Then I called Jaspertronics. The rep I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. She didn't rush me and made sure all questions were answered. I had some very technical questions. Jaspertronics surpassed the competition by far.

I have never bothered to write a review until now, but what I have just experienced demands a public disclosure. I purchased a Panasonic ET-LAE1000 replacement lamp for my projector, but when I received it the bulb was rattling around in the housing as it had not been properly affixed. I contacted Jaspertronics and told them I wanted a new unit as this one obviously was defective and even if it was somehow reattached, it had been rattling around within the housing throughout the shipping process and I did not trust that some damage had not been done to the filament, thereby reducing its life expectancy. Giving me the initial impression that they were more than happy to make it right, a very pleasant customer service representative, Candice, sent me a return authorization label and told me to let them know as soon as I had dropped it off at UPS and then once they had confirmation with a tracking number that the product was en route, my replacement would be immediately sent.

Not only was my replacement not immediately sent, as I called them again after a delay of almost 3 weeks and was told by Candice that due to the Covid-19 delays, my new replacement lamp was slow getting to them from the distributor, and then they had shipped it to me later then intended, but it was stuck in transit in Massachusetts - strangely - as I'm in Illinois and Jaspertronics was shipping from their location in Missouri. But even more significantly, when I received it today I was able to confirm that they had not sent me a "new" lamp as promised over 3 weeks ago, because unbeknownst to them, I had used a permanent marker to make a small black dot on the side of the defective glass bulb that I returned to them, and the lamp I received today had that exact black dot in the exact same location. They re-sent me the defective bulb, but had somebody re-attach it in the housing. They even went so far as to carefully repackage it in bubble wrap and the Panasonic box to make it appear as though it was a brand new unit.

They straight up lied about waiting for a "new" lamp from the distributor, and about sending me a "new" replacement for the defective lamp I originally received.

Beware! Do not trust this company! They did this to me even knowing that I am a trial lawyer in their next state as I had corresponded with them using my office email. This level of boldness in a deceptive business practice demonstrates to me that I am not the first - nor will be the last - to be played by them.

Placed order for a new TV lamp and housing. Received the lamp in 3 days. Only problem was the wrong lamp and housing was sent. Called customer service and explained the situation. After hearing my concerns they were more than understanding and wanted to correct the situation promptly. Got the correct lamp and housing 3 days later. Working like a charm.

I purchased 2 Mitsubishi TV, lamps to replace the German lamp that burned out. Always used original a top of the line American or German lamps. Jaspertronics assured me these replacements were top of the line, and I purchased the two lamps, one for replacement when one burned out to prevent time lag wthout service of a new lamp. The lamps arrived with a wide metal band across the top. Lamp #1 produced a dark shadow, 5-10%, across the top of screen, but when the bulb burned out before warranty, about 3 months, they wanted pictures, etc., even though the red Mitsubishi.TV light and black screen persisted. A TV repair company said the bulb simply failed. I replaced lamp #1 with lamp #2, the same dark line, only a little less. Lamp #2 would spontaneously shut off and would not have a picture for an extended period of time. They promised me, after many calls and their excuses to why they couldn't replace the lamps, witrout this or that as an excuse. They promised to send me two new lamps and then I would send them my two lamps in return and they could verify the problems for themselves. When I called them now, they placed me on perpetual hold. The lamps never came as they should have, because they apparently are inferior, not the "superior lamps" they sold as quality lamps equal to what I expected. When at their worse, that's true colors. Remember there are many different TV's and lamps are different for each model and makemaker, but there is apparently only one Jaspertronic return policy when the item is still under warranty.

Tip for consumers:
I learned in life, I'm 82 yrs old. when you see someone at their worse it's not an anomaly. Why give your business to a company that may c----- you.

Regarding photos. The screen was black, many attempts to start TV failed, red lamp light went on whenever I made the attempt, a TV repair man told me it was the lamp, Mitsubishi told me it was the lamp, they no longer make TVs and they only use(d) Qsram German lamps. Lamp #2 worked, therefore it was their burned out lamp #1=black screen and red light, the repair company and Mitsubishi company and lamp #2 worked, only later did it show it's flaw, over heating and shut off.. This was a top of the line Mitsubishi 72' TV when I purchased it in 2008, over $3,000.. I also don't know how to take the photos and send them with my phone. I will soon purchase a German lamp.

We emailed jaspertronics in April and verified with the company's reps Autumn Cameron that the part we were ordering was an OEM part and was informed that these were in fact OEM lamps being purchased. The company rep Anthony Garrido went so far as to email me a link to the part. I ordered the part in the link and was then after further investigation revealed were sent two "AFTERMARKET" lamps which we didn't order, but were told that we did order. If I had known that the lamps were aftermarket I would have NOT ordered them as the manual emphatically states do not use after market parts. I called the company back in August to get a refund and was told that they couldn't issue a refund but could send a proper replacement for an added cost at a discounted rate! Are you kidding me? You mess up and I have to pay for your company's blunder? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... THEY WILL MESS UP AND THEN BLAME YOU THE CUSTOMER! BUYER BEWARE!

Of course they would make it seem as though the customer is wrong, but the negative reviews they have received on several review sites speak volumes for themselves. You cannot defend the indefensible. The product says "GENUINE" there is nothing genuine about an after market part. Very very misleading! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I order my first Mitsubishi replacement bulb at top dollar in The beginning of February. Within a week that bulb blew out and had glass all inside of it. I went through the return policy and took my pictures and submitted them, a return bulb was sent out. I received the return bulb on February 12th, 2020. Within 2 weeks this bulb also BLEW! I've messaged customer service to be requested to send a paper proving there's nothing wrong with my television instead of them owning up to what is wrong with their product.
This is just very cheap product that they are selling at high quality prices! I'll never order from this company again, I'll go back to ordering the genuine bulb for my television! I'm just going to eat the $70+ that it was for this bulb so that I know I'll have something to work for more than 2 weeks. I do not recommended purchasing unless you want a product that is cheaply made and you'll have to replace in a matter of days!

Vendor contacted me this morning to apologize for messing up the order twice. Claim problem is with a California drop shipper they use who hasn't shipped the item. Refunded half the price and reported to me in a subsequent email that the item has indeed been shipped which is now shown on the USPS site. Credit them for trying, but doing it right the first time is better for everyone.

Ordered a product Dec 18th. Credit card charged appropriate amount. Got email with tracking number on Dec 20th--nothing ever came. Looked back at tracking number and USPS never got the item. Contacted merchant on Jan 12th who apologized and assured it would be shipped in 24 hours. Tracking still shows not received by USPS and merchant hasn't answered my 3 subsequent calls or 2 emails...
