I needed a bulb for my spotlight and they had just what i needed at a good price. The website was easy to order from as well.
I purchased 2 Mitsubishi TV, lamps to replace the German lamp that burned out. Always used original a top of the line American or German lamps. Jaspertronics assured me these replacements were top of the line, and I purchased the two lamps, one for replacement when one burned out to prevent time lag wthout service of a new lamp. The lamps arrived with a wide metal band across the top. Lamp #1 produced a dark shadow, 5-10%, across the top of screen, but when the bulb burned out before warranty, about 3 months, they wanted pictures, etc., even though the red Mitsubishi.TV light and black screen persisted. A TV repair company said the bulb simply failed. I replaced lamp #1 with lamp #2, the same dark line, only a little less. Lamp #2 would spontaneously shut off and would not have a picture for an extended period of time. They promised me, after many calls and their excuses to why they couldn't replace the lamps, witrout this or that as an excuse. They promised to send me two new lamps and then I would send them my two lamps in return and they could verify the problems for themselves. When I called them now, they placed me on perpetual hold. The lamps never came as they should have, because they apparently are inferior, not the "superior lamps" they sold as quality lamps equal to what I expected. When at their worse, that's true colors. Remember there are many different TV's and lamps are different for each model and makemaker, but there is apparently only one Jaspertronic return policy when the item is still under warranty.

I ordered a replacement lamp for my projection tv. It arrived quickly and is a perfect fit. Couldn't ask for more.
We emailed jaspertronics in April and verified with the company's reps Autumn Cameron that the part we were ordering was an OEM part and was informed that these were in fact OEM lamps being purchased. The company rep Anthony Garrido went so far as to email me a link to the part. I ordered the part in the link and was then after further investigation revealed were sent two "AFTERMARKET" lamps which we didn't order, but were told that we did order. If I had known that the lamps were aftermarket I would have NOT ordered them as the manual emphatically states do not use after market parts. I called the company back in August to get a refund and was told that they couldn't issue a refund but could send a proper replacement for an added cost at a discounted rate! Are you kidding me? You mess up and I have to pay for your company's blunder? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... THEY WILL MESS UP AND THEN BLAME YOU THE CUSTOMER! BUYER BEWARE!
Of course they would make it seem as though the customer is wrong, but the negative reviews they have received on several review sites speak volumes for themselves. You cannot defend the indefensible. The product says "GENUINE" there is nothing genuine about an after market part. Very very misleading! HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Had the bulb we wanted in stock and it came sooner than expected. An easy website to navigate also.
