The commercial that starts with " I never thought of an online website as a role model..." is the most pretentious, annoying and supercilious commercial I've ever seen. Because of this commercial alone I will never go to this website and will tell others not to go there either.
I ordered two bracelets first of all the quality is horrible second of all you can't return it the bracelets looked great in the pictures but in reality they turned out horrible i suggest not to buy anything from here
They sell cheap things and your bank/card information is NOT safe! I haven't purchased anything from their site in 3+ years. Today I saw two unauthorized charges via PayPal shipped to someone I don't know, in a completely different state. Their site is not secure and PayPal won't help because they claim it was a Reoccurring billing agreement. This makes no sense, whatsoever, as I haven't been charged or even visited the site in years. BEWARE!
I was skeptical about ordering off an app like Jane. However, I am so happy I did. I have purchased many, many items from the Jane app and their website. Not once have I had a negative experience. The customer service is fantastic as is the layout of their website and app. They make shopping enjoyable and they have some of the most unique items you cannot find anywhere else. I will always be a Jane supporter and customer.
I ordered a monogrammed wristlet on September 8th. The seller is Violet Fox thru Jane.com. I immediately got an email saying it would be shipped by sept 17th. I was ok with that, but since that day when I track it, it only shows processing since September 8th. It's now September 28th. I have emailed the seller 4 times and have gotten no reply. Jane has offered a refund but I haven't told them to do that just yet, as I really wanted it as a gift. Jane.com has also emailed the seller with no response. After reading reviews of this seller they were all horrible! Some even waiting months with nothing. I don't understand how Jane.com allows such scams. And that is what this is

I ordered some very cute red shoes on 27 September 2020. I received an e-mail from someone named Jen. She mentioned that my shoes were on the way. She listed a tracking number however, I was never able to track it. I waited patiently. We are now in December and there must be someone else wearing my shoes. I would kindly appreciate a full refund on my credit card as soon as possible. Although your company h does have some very cute shoes I will never make the mistake to order any shoes again from this samp scam company. Ruined my gift. I ordered a packet of joggers for my mom for Christmas. I received them and they were exceptionally big for being my mothers size. The model is very similar to my moms size so I ordered the same as the model and they were huge on my mother. I have been trying to return them for the last few weeks. I have researched how to return on jane.com, emailed both companies multiple times, and have heard no response. I can no longer purchase a gift for her because I know longer have the money to do so. I worked so hard for the money to purchase her something this holiday. Although, I have liked some previous gifts I have received from jane.com and would recommend some of their products, the return process needs work and reliability.

We order fury slides it took a month and two weeks to receive the item. After several threats and upon arrival the slides were the wrong size absolutely too big, and the item we ordered is most definitely not what was displayed at all. Never will we order from them. Worse company ever. The shoes in the box is what we ordered and the shoes without the box is what we received. This company is a joke

I asked a light brown sandals, but I received a very different color, I don't like that color. You should be very careful to assist a customer, if you don't have what the customer asks, simply don't send it, and give your apology.

You do need to read everything very carefully, so you know what you are buying! As long as you do your homework you will be fine. It tells you the expected date of shipment and the app keeps you in the know. NO Complaints here!

I highly recommend reading the reviews before placing an order with this company. I placed an order a few days ago with this company and I still haven't received a conformation email or text like the website says. I will be filing a dispute with my bank.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Jane.com. I ordered them back in July for $30.22. I received the shoes and they were really cute and I liked them, so I had no problem with the product itself. Recently, I received a paypal notification stating that my account was being debited for $30.22 again! I got an email from Jane.com thanking me for my order for the very same shoes that I had already gotten. I have sent screenshots as proof that my account has been debited twice, again on Spetember 1st, but they will not refund my money. I have talked to them via chat, email, facebook messenger and I have called them and this has yet to be corrected. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! I will never order from them again.

This site is easy to navigate and fun to use, but don't sit on anything too long. I had a popular item in my cart but continued shopping. When I went to check out, that item was sold out - even though it showed I had it in my cart.
Warning! Do not purchase from this company if there is any chance you might need to return the item. It is an absolute nightmare to return something! You have to e-mail Jane, and wait for their response. Then they say to mail it back at your expense to a 3rd party. Then this 3rd party is supposed to let Jane know when they receive the item. You wait and wait and nothing. Now you e-mail Jane again, to see what is going on. Then they ask for your tracking number to the third party so they can investigate. This has been going on for over a month with no resolution!
This place is awful. All clothes I have ordered from this place is cheap material and runs very small. Never returned the items I ordered because it was a big hassle. Gave both items to my daughter but I dont think they were ever worn.
I will never order clothes rrom this place ever again. Dont waste your money.
Customer service refuses to respond! Contacted them about an order I hadn't received and no response. Contacted them on email, fb messenger, and fb page and was just ignored.
I have waited 7 and a half weeks to get this bra. When it arrived today, I thought the bra looked great, until I tried it on. There is a pad with fake nipples in the bra. It looks horrible! The criss cross thing does NOT work. I don't plan to order anything else from this company. 7 and a half weeks is unacceptable! (Please don't try to blame this on covid-19. I have ordered other items from several different companies that arrived in a timely fashion.)

Once I received a pair of shoes I ordered (after waiting 2 months), the shoes were torn and of poor quality. After emailing several times with an attached photo, a representative finally emailed me back and "agreed" the shoes were damaged during shipping and I would get a replacement pair. The shoes were crappy and were not damaged during shipping, so I've been trying to get someone to respond to my request for a REFUND for several weeks. I would not want any merchandise from this company. What a SHAM!

I have purchased several items from this site. I have been happy with most of the items I have received. A few items have been too small, however, I didn't read the reviews before I purchased the items. It was very easy to contact the seller and send the items back. I'm obsessed with this website/"app". I look through the merchandise every day and usually add items to my cart.
