James Free Jewelers is a very customer service friendly business. They treat you with much value and respect and are always willing to do what it takes to please you. I've purchased with them several times and I'm certain I will purchase with them again. The Charles Krypell ring I recently purchased with met my expectations and is a nice addition to my CK collection. This is a trusted jeweler and they offer a nice financing plan as well.

I spoke to him on the phone and he was very helpful, he price matched the ring I was looking for, I waited 6 yrs to finally purchase this ring and it helped that James Free was offering 20% off for Mother's Day. When I made the purchase Wesley kept in touch with me by email to ensure I was keep up to date on when I was going to receive the ring. He was helpful every step of the way.

I needed a particular John Hardy ring as a Christmas gift. I was pleased to find it in the size I needed and also at a discounted special price. I was concerned about receiving it in time and talked to someone at James Free and was reassured that they would ship it special overnight delivery if it looked like I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas. They were true to their word and I received it in time. I will not hesitate to deal with them in the future. Thank you for your great service!
My college ring was repaired and resized promptly and at a good value. Sales consultants were very welcoming and helpful.
The costumer service was amazing! The response time was quick, and they gave me multiple updates on my order. The shipping time did take longer than I thought, but that was a problem with Gucci not JamesFree. Either way, they updated me and kept me in the loop until it arrived!
The customer service was amazing. The person I spoke with was so helpful and quick to respond. I had to change the ring size because I had ordered it too big, the sizing wasn't available at the time so I had to wait an extra week for them to receive the size I wanted. But it was totally worth the wait! The ring looks and fits amazing. Im definitely buying more jewelry from here!
A great store Purchase was great. I was disappointed in the small box it was placed in. I have ordered four other evil eye bracelets in the past and they were all packed in a long rectangular box. The small square box wasn't ideal for the bracelet. I feel sure that I can get with the store later and exchange the box. Giving all to grandchildren as gifts so I would like all to be the same. Your store is always great.
