Slow to ship, no response to emails and keeps changing the shipping date. I ordered a 5 pack of gaskets on 6/1. The first told be they were out of stock and expected to receive them on 6/11. Then the changed the receive date to 6/20. I sent them an email to see if they had 5 individual ones in stock. No response. I then went to their website and did a chat. I knew they had 9 indiviual pieces in stock and asked if they could send me 5 individual pieces instead of a 5 pack. Jason their customer service rep told me they would only do that if they if I paid the individual price he could not adjust the price.
The gasket is for a Briggs 5 hp engine. There are literally millions of those engine in service and they don't stock a 5 pack of gaskets for it.
By the time I receive my order it will have taken a month to fill.
Update: After sending 2 more emails telling me my order shipment back has been pushed back to June 30th then July 9th I cancelled my order and placed it with another company who shipped my parts the same day as I ordered it. Let's see how long it take Jackass engines to refund my money they took over a month ago and never shipped my order.
These one star reviews are no joke. This company, who is Northern Tool by the way, is horrible! Buy anything you need from ANYONE else.
Ordered an impact wrench that was stated to be in stock. Almost a week later I get an email that it is coming from the manufacturer to them and then to me. Two weeks later I get an emaul that they will be shipping to me when received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU NEED IT ANY TIME SOON.
A week AFTER I wrote this review I got another email from Jack's and they still have not shipped the tool to me. Afterr 15 working days and 21 actual days since I placed the order, still not received. Canceled the order and within an hour, I got a cancellation.
Spent over 4 thousand its been a month was told they cant get an answer asked for my money back 4 times and still hasnt happened
Free shipping is not free with this company you will get a phone call back saying they need $ 50 for shipping
