Placed ordered May 4th for riding lawn mower. When ordered said it was in stock. Received email saying back ordered. Would be delivered May 24th. May 29th no lawn mower, no email so I called and lady was VERY RUDE. Said the bagger was back ordered be another week and half. I complained they charged my credit card the day I placed my ordered, have mowed my yard 3 times paying $20.00 each time plus interest on my credit card for something I can't use. They say there going to ship mower without bagger. So will see now how long it takes. Don't buy from this company unless you have time to wait on your shipment and like being talked to by RUDE people. Will update when get mower
I had order 10 diafram for 5hp engines, took a mo. To get the product, because it had to be backorder, meantime i fount out this is not a secure site, my card was hacked, someone used a atm machine to steel $135.00 i was not very happy? I would never use this site again, ( caution) beware on ordering any product from this company.
I purchased an item from these people for $69. And paid them on 11-2-2021. They sent me an email 3 days later that said they where waiting for the part from their supplier, Homelite. I decided to contact Homelite on 11-11-2021 and was told the part was in stock and would ship within 24 hours.
I contacted them with a stern message and they agree to cancel the order and refund my money with in 3 to 5 business days.
I had to open a claim with my bank after 7 business days without a refund. I am 70 y/o and really need this part to maintain my yard. Now, without the benefit of a refund, I have to order elsewhere!

I ordered a blade for my mower and the day it's supposed to arrive I see in the order status that it's on delay so I called them to ask about it and they don't even have it in their warehouse the lady said that they are waiting for the vendor to send it what kind of bs is this this is my first and last time I order anything from them i have no clue as to when I'm going to get my blade very disappointed
If I could give Jack's a zero I would. Stay away from this company. I orderd parts for a Briggs pressure, a head gasket, exhoust gaskets and a spark plug on 6/24/2021. They said the parts were in stock and have 2 day shipping. Thats a lie. The next day on 6/25 they E-mail me that 1 part is on back order. On 7/3 they E-mail me, 1 part is still on back order. On 7/8 I E-maild Jacks asking were my parts are and I am contacting my credit card company to stop payment. Fifteen minnuits later I get a mail your parts have shipped. The parts came in on 7/12/2021, thats 19 days. Thats fast shipping? The head gasket was bent in 2 places. I orderd one direct from the Briggs factory for less money. Bought a "new" $1,000 Ego power system from Mowers at Jacks. Four weeks later received an obviously used main unit and used batteries. Scratches all over the main unit and batteries with more than obvious signs of wear. Called Jacks and while they were not rude they refused to believe my description of what was delivered. Claimed they only sell "new units" and would not agree to take the unit back. I offered to send photos to show them the unit and batteries and was told no matter I sent them they wouldn't accept a return UNDER ANY CONDITIONS. Hoping I can get a refund from my credit card company but looks like I'll have to eat the return delivery cost in order to get the refund.
I ordered a $760.00 bagger for an Ariens zero turn. It was back ordered and when I received it it was the wrong one. They said I could ship it back at my expense and the shipping cost was $950.00. Please do not do business with this company.

My order was first sent by FedEx a month ago. Fex Ex said it was due to two different addresses so it went on hold in K. C. for a week and was sent back to Jacks. There it sit until l called them and said they had just received it back. They would reship it but with UPSC. THE SNAIL MAIL. A month has gone by and it is still not here. I paid good money to ship it when first ordered my stuff. Lots of grass grows in a month. I do belive the shipping labels were bad to start but my address was inputed correct. Strongly feel they let the ball sit on this orderand l will not order from them again. Hope you read this before you use them as your source of purchase.

If you are over 60 order may not arrive in time, VERY SLOW said was in stock at time of order then notified had to come from factory, Order August 7th advised order was shipped Aug. 22nd. Lost that customer.
If there was an option to give them zero stars, I would. I am not the type of person that ever takes the time to write a review, but I sought out a site & took the time to review these idiots. Horrible, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, EVER. Ordered some simple lawn mower parts, which their website showed in stock and said would ship immediately. After 3-4 days received an email that there was a problem with my order and they needed to speak to me. Spent the next 2 days trying to get ahold of them - you wait on hold literally for hours and they never pick up. No response to emails. Finally got to talk to someone, and it should have been my first clue as I'd never imagined someone so incompetent at the simple yaks of just verifying an address - why the need to verify anyway? Did he mention that they didn't actually have the parts in stock while speaking, no… After waiting about another week plus for an order shipment confirmation, still nothing. Emailed and emailed. About 2 plus weeks received a very rude response finally that they were waiting for 1 of the parts to come in and the order would ship then. Still no parts, still no shipping. The only thing they did immediately was charge my credit card! I really don't think they are a scam business, just the rudest and most incompetent bunch of fools that ever existed.
Waited two weeks, order status- waiting on parts from manufacturer. Called to cancel, was told I requested partial shipment- I DID NOT. Will never use these people again.
I ordered a trailer hitch kit for my ZTR lawnmower from Jack's.
First, I was surprised to find that Jack's sold a $23.00 hitch without the four carriage bolts and nuts needed to mount it. But no matter. I paid for the four needed nylon-locking nuts and four 3/4" carriage bolts (which increased the order price by $13.84, that is, $1.73 per bolt and $1.73 per nut).
When the box arrived, the packing list showed hitch, four nuts and four bolts, but Jack's only sent three bolts.
C'mon, packing people. You had one job... and you blew it.
I spent 45 minutes going to the hardware store to match the carriage bolt. I did so (Ace Hardware sells the same $1.73 carriage bolt for $0.33).
This is lousy. Not only does Jack's not include mounting hardware (which is an extra $2.00 retail,) but it charges five times the retail price for plain-vanilla carriage bolts and nuts, and then shorts people on the order.
Jack's website proudly proclaims its motto is "After the Sale, It's the Service That Counts!"? It should be, "First we treat you bad - then we take your money."
Don't patronize this company.

I order an engine from jacks and I never received it. They can't find my engine and there not willing to replace the missing engine. Big waist to time and energy dealing with this company!
I ordered a carb gasket from them that cost 4.75. They charged me $7.75 for shipping a gasket that could fit in a standard enveloper from the post office for $. 49.
I will never order anything from Jack's small engines ever again. Firstly, their customer service is the worst. My order was in it's third week and the only update I received was it's was still on order from the manufacturer. As stated on there website it could take 2 to 10 days to receive the product if it was on back order and mine was not. I was ok with that. I did previously call them to verify the Husqvarna had my product in stock. And it was. So I called them to get a verbal update on my order. I was told that my order was in their warehouse and should be shipped by the end of the week. Well the end of the week came and left. So I called their customer service again and I explained to her what the last gentleman said. She told me that he shouldn't of said that because it shows my order was in but it had no updates
On when it is going to be shipped. She said she would check on my order and she would call me back. Well, no such phone call was received. Again, I called back and was told "it looks like your order is going to be shipped" but still no date. At this point I was angry and ask him "well is it going to be shipped any time soon? Yes or No? He said he would have to email them to find out. Wow! I couldn't believe it. They say customer service is # one? Bull! I ask him if he could talk to a manager about maybe giving me a $50 credit for this inconvenience and then he hung up on me. RUDE! I did received my product after waiting a month! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid this place at all cost!
