Have ordered before with no issues, but ordered $50 ($67 with shipping) worth of sugar free chocolate for my father July 15th and nothing yet, no shipping notice, no delivery. I can only assume they never shipped the order and just pocketed his money. I have sent 2 emails and made 2 calls and no response of any kind. I will not order from this company again.
I am so disappointed with this company they took my money and never delivered the sugar free chocolates for my Mother's birthday. Never again will I use them and you should be careful as well if you decide to give them your money.
Complete scam, sent an envelope with bubble wrap to my sister and myself. Nobody is ever available to talk and they never return your calls. Luckily PayPal is refunding everything. The business is in Wisconsin but the envelope came from California. Avoid!
Ordered a 3 month subscription and only received the first box. Multiply emails and phone calls yielded no results. What a waste of money. Will be trying to dispute the charge. Take your business elsewhere.
I placed an order on February 6. Today is March 11. I was charged for my purchase but never received a shipping notice or the merchandise. I have called numerous times only to get receptionists or answering services, left messages each time (except the last one a few minutes ago), and have never gotten a response.
Paid half off a gift card from Jackie's Chocolate and $11.00 shipping for an order. I received an email acknowledging my order with the message that they would email me when they shipped. That was on 11-1-2023, I have been emailing and calling ever since to see when they would ship. No replies on three emails and two phone calls where I left messages. I also called one time and talked to a customer service person and was assured that she would solve my problem. Still nothing weeks later. I am firmly convinced that I have been totally ripped off and have lost my money with no chocolate to show for it. I would give them a zero rating if I could. Don't deal with this company.
I ordered a 6 month subscription for my dad for Xmas. He received an order in Dec and nothing since. Company will not return my emails or phone calls. I have disputed the balance of the 5 months with my credit card company. This is a shame as we did a subscription with this company in 2022 with no problems. It appears ownership has changed or they have fallen on rough times. Don't order from them.
I ordered chocolate well in advance of Mother's Day. Chocolate was allegedly shipped over a month after Mother's Day and never arrived. Impossible to contact the vendor - no response to calls or email.
21 days ago, I ordered some white chocolate for Valentine's Day. I wrote to them when it got close to Valentine's Day but they never responded. I wrote again a week later and again a week after that it is now three weeks later and I still have no response from my emails to them and no product. They don't answer the phone. They don't reply to any messages. They do keep your money, however. So beware. Take a look at all the other reviews on the site. I wish I had before I ordered from them. They should be out of business.
I would give this candy a -5 if possible. This is the worst candy I have ever tasted. It did not even taste like real chocolate but wax. So angry I spent over $60.00 for garbage. There was not one piece of Chocolate that was edible. Would never, ever order again even if it was FREE. So mad for spending my hard earned money on tis junk. Do not buy ever!
I'm in Texas and order the sugar free trail mix and pralines totaling 96.00 which was taken off my card immediately in march and it is may and I have yet to get my order #*******. Tried calling got busy signal, text them, emailed them all of these went unanswered.Never Again bad business practice.small business will never grow….

I never received the item I ordered! I sent several emails to then but no response. I called 4 times but was disconnected each time. At some point in time I received a promotional text from them to which I responded I never even got what I ordered and paid for. They responded they would resend it (which they did not). I told them at this point all I wanted was a credit; they never even responded to that text or my follow up text asking the status and needless to say no credit has been issued and I am out $40+
I ordered a 12-month subscription as a Christmas gift for a friend, paid in full for it up front. One shipment arrived, and then nothing. After calling daily for more than a month and leaving voice mails every day because they kept telling me "nobody is available to help you in that department at this time", I called my credit card company to remove the charge. HORRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY!
They might send you one box without a hassle. Forget about trying to get the rest of your subscription. It ain't worth the effort. And I will add they also tried to threaten me "Does your employer know you're harassing a native american owned small business, because we'll tell them".

I have ordered from this company in the past and was very pleased with the product, but my most recent order has been a serious dissappointment. I ordered 2 item nearly a mounth ago. The took my payment immediatly but have failed to make any attempt to fill the order. I have reached out several times both on their website and by phone initially asking only that they give me an expecyed delivery date. Messages left on the website have not been answered. When I call I am told no one is available to help and they will call me back. Still waiting days later. In short they do not seem to be willing to respond to a simple service request. I will be very unlikely to order from them in the future.
Finally. I don't know if it was my persistence in emailing, leaving an honest review, or finally connecting with the right person at the company but they were able to deliver the remainder of my order. They sent 4 boxes of assorted chocolates within 2 days of my last email. They have a great product…their chocolates are really lovely. They just need to work on their communication and issues with shipping. Thank you, Scott. I look forward to never emailing this company again.
I ordered a six month subscription in December. I've since received three boxes, but only after multiple emails complaining. Their customer service is the worst! They have since stopped delivering what I ordered.
Horrible! Only gave 1 star because I cannot give zero. Bought a 12 month subscription, received first three boxes fine then none after that. Multiple phone calls and email requests have never been answered. We essentially paid for 12 months of boxes, received three and cannot talk to anyone about getting our money back for undelivered chocolates.
SCAM - The Chocolates we did receive were in bad shape, melted and old. Did not taste good. They only shipped a partial order and are not returning emails or picking up the phones when you call customer service. We paid for 10 boxes and only received 9 and it seems like they have no plan to ship the 10th box. No matter, the chocolate is junk anyway, its best to stick with your local candy makers.
The average wait time for your order to be filled is a month and that does not include the week or so it takes them to ship it out after they prepare it. Then you wait another week for it to be delivered. They do not provide tracking for your shipment although it states online they email customers with tracking info. In fact, Jackie's doesn't email their customers with any updates or order confirmations that I'm aware of. Their "customer service" is foreign outsourced and they are unable to provide information about anything. In short, they are completely useless. If you are lucky, eventually you will receive your candy, usually after you've forgotten you ordered it. To be fair, most of their products are good if you can overlook their horrendous business practices. Few people need chocolates that badly. One final note, they have great customer ratings on their site because they delete negative comments.
