Called to investigate a quarterly charge that was on a credit card. Was delighted to find out the charge could be stopped immediately and actually receive a partial credit for a service that is not needed.
The service exceeded my initial expectations!
I was interviewed about my experience with my gas grill. Everyone was great throughout the process and I really enjoyed the actual interview. Most importantly they didn't waste my time and kept to the subject. I would highly recommend them!

I just wanted to leave feedback from my encounter with Kevin today. I called to cancel my free trial because I just recently accepted a new job offer. He was extremely courteous, professional and very helpful. He explained the process of canceling and also did this for me. I just want to give credit when due.

I made contact with Kevin M Ko, and he was helpful instructing me on how to best search Ivyexec's job offerings. He promptly returned my call and quickly chased down a position that I was interested in. The job was no longer available - but said he'd also would provide a link to another job as a courtesy, even though I haven't signed up as a client.
I had requested a resume critique from Ivy Exec, little did I know how lucky I would be in working with Lilly- Marie Lamar: She was candid and professional in her review: her recommendation were practical and applicable, and her examples were impactful and illustrative. I shall simply say thank you Lilly.
Kevin was great about helping me cancel my subscription without a hitch when I was not using the one month free trial. Would recommend IvyExec to anyone looking to make a career change.
I called to ask about upgrading my membership, but didn't leave a voicemail. Nevertheless, I received a follow up call. I spoke to Kevin M Ko who was very polite and helpful. There are a lot of job sites out there, but I will definitely recommend IvyExec to my friends!
I called expecting to have a "fight" over charges but the CSR absolutely took care of me with no questions at all. Very cool.
I called the customer service department and Kevin answered the phone. I explained my situation about being charged for service that I hadn't used. He explained that I received an email explaining that I would be charged if I didn't go onto the website to cancel. I explained to him that I receive hundreds of emails a day and I missed the email from Ivy. He explained that he couldn't promise anything but he would speak to management. Within a 24 hour period I was refunded.
My interface was very to the point and productive. In my conversation with Kevin I understood what was to be done with my resume, when I would get a call back and it included a 'Thank you' which I appreciate.
All in all the interface was very good.

Ivy Exec has posted key opportunities serving a diverse client base. The system has been user-friendly, clear and concise. I came across a job position on Ivy Exec that I was very interested in applying to on line and was unable a access the site as I kept receiving an error message thinking initially that I had entered the incorrect password. When I did not receive "password reset" to my E-Mail account I contacted Kevin M Ko at Ivy Exec by scrolling to the bottom of the screen on Ivey exec to "contact us" and saw that they had a direct telephone number to call. After being placed on a very brief hold, Kevin answered quickly and explained that they needed and updated copy of my resume as I was not yet approved and that I had to send him a copy of my resume so that their administrators could review it again. This was because the administrators of this site reviews each person's resume very carefully prior to approving membership to be certain that the services they provide (in this case job postings) so that they match the credentials, educational backgrounds and work experience of the members they are servicing. While I was a bit discouraged that I had not been previously approved, I was impressed that this group is so diligent and screens their clients as carefully as they do. The call was timely and Kevin answered all of the questioned I had thoroughly. I was told that I will receive an E-Mail within 24-48 hours and hopefully I will be approved so that more job postings will be open to my profession which I will have access to. I would also note that some of the positions posted on this site have not been posted on other web sites I have searched making for potential applications.

Nii provided excellent customer service and really articulated where the weaknesses were with regards to my CV. He provided clear solutions on how to improve it and avoid colloquial jargon that was a bit passe or even overused. He also provided stylistic advice in terms of how best to structure the CV in light of initial HR resume scans for keywords.
