Placed order for Christmas Fluffy Hooded Costume Babydoll on 13 Dec 2023 to give as a Christmas gift. Didn't receive item until second week of January (1 month). With that said, the costume was well made and packaged. Probably won't purchase from IVRose again only because of delivery time.

Have to report IvRose did not confirm shipment. Waiting in the dark about when or what will ship. Out of the blue, pleasantly surprised package arrived. No packing slip inside - Don't know how they record what was sent, or remedy any discrepancies. Fortunately it seems everything ordered was delivered without prior notification, which a mail order customer would appreciate after the automatic initial acknowledgement of order/payment received.

I can not complain about costumer service because they reply rigth away to your emails. However, is has being more than a month and I haven't receive my dress. At this point I am going to wait an other 7 days, if not i will request a full refund and hopefully they dont give any issues with my full refund.

Quality of some of the products are poor. Not the 1st time iv purchased from here. Its a chance you take. Even when paying for items that are a bit more expensive

Took a while to get but overall happy with it! Clothes were for the main part great material and true to size and they r so cute! Necklace came in tangled and some see through issue with black shorts but overall, I'm happy! And can track on the website

I ordered 2 sundresses on June 16 hoping they would get here in time for vacation on July 9, but they didn't arrive until July 12. I didn't notice on the website where the items we're being shipped from but it seems it came from China.
I do like both dresses. They were true to size as indicated by the size chart.

Experience is fine, please expect some delays in delivery due to the distance.
Fair pricing and services are very customer orientated.

Great products will by again, feel delivery takes a bit long to arrive, other than that great shopping experience. Thank you.

My order wasnt after been shipped after two weeks so I contacted ivrose they never sent it because one item wasn't available never even told me that part was very annoying but once i picked something else it was sent quickly and delivery was fast enough. The quality of the clothes are very good i did size up after reading reviews one item was way to big everything else fitted. I would order again. I think they should of refunded or replace my out of stock item and just sent my order instead of waiting till i contacted them

Its very cheap material. Typical Chinese crap. Look nice on photos, like thick cotton, but its thin.

It was the first time I shopped through Instagram advertisement and I absolutely loved the experience. The clothes are super cute, great price and worth it! It takes about a month to arrive. Overall, lovely experience.

They never got back to me, however that same day, my order was shipped.

My overall experience was good, shipping time could have improved some. The items were good material and are finely crafted. Only one item had a large series of strings that were matted and bunched together on the one item. Cut it off and it worked well, but you would expect eyesores like that to be removed before you buy them. Prices were great for the material and patterns designs provided by company. Hope this helps others to give the company a chance and try them. Id give them 4/5 overall.

My only complaint is that there is no connection with the company I ordered back in June my email said 5/10 day delivery so got concerned and tried to get in contact after 28 days but emails bounced back I have received my order today 4th August and completely satisfied.

Package was nicely packaged and product was exactly what i saw and wanted. Bit of a long wait on shipping but totally worth it for the low prices!

Both jumpers ok. Too long but I will take them to fix length. Both as expected.
