I bought 1 dress for my wedding. I paid extra for shipping to bring it in 3-5 days. Well I waited a week and finally emailed customer service. They sent me an email back yesterday saying they were sorry to inform me that my dress is not in stock and will no longer be in stock but yet I'm tracking the package and it's saying it's waiting to be shipped. Well IVRose asked me did I want a refund or pick something else... I'm now waiting on my refund that they say takes 15 days. My wedding is April 12th and I'm now pissed because I'm waiting on a refund and still no dress.
