Sizing was true to the guidelines on the site

Sexy lingerie for a great price! Quality was not bad, although one bralette in particular had very weak stitching that pulled apart when I put it on. The sizing was mostly accurate, except for one bra which was waaay bigger than expected. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I havd sent several messages to the costumer service and haven't heard back. I have been tetulbg to return the clothes as they are not as shown in the pictures and don't look good. Very cheap and not good quality or true to size. Can't seam to be able to get arepa I se for the return.

All lovely dresses but some are too long and others too small. It took over a month to arrive

I never received an email from this company to give me a confirmation or to let me know when to expect my order. My item didn't fit properly and I never could get a return label to send it back. Communication, or lack of, is terrible. I will never buy from ivrose again.

Some items were smaller, and quality was poor. Overall decent shopping experience

Little loose, or big. Fit is not comfortable. I should have gone with a one size down. Not your fault.

Firstly this was a present from my 11 year old Grand Daughter to her Mother for her birthday. It only arrived today, it had no instructions, and the cellophane balloon lasted all of 10 minutes, and would not stay inflated, so she has taken it out of the balloon and shredded paper, and we have put it in a vase.
So disappointing as she has spent ages this afternoon getting it ready to give to her Mum when she picks her up, as her Birthday was Monday.

Neither of the two sets fit me at all. They are beautiful, both of them, but they are just to big and can't be adjusted. I want to return them for smaller size.

Wait over a month to receive poor quality clothing that sizes don't match what was advertised.

Amazing customer service quick got in touch to ask when delivery would happen had a prompt response, delivery was earlier than I expected

Quality is not except as what shown. The material looks cheaper.

Not as pictured! Horrible and just plain cheap material.
