Placed order for Christmas Fluffy Hooded Costume Babydoll on 13 Dec 2023 to give as a Christmas gift. Didn't receive item until second week of January (1 month). With that said, the costume was well made and packaged. Probably won't purchase from IVRose again only because of delivery time.

Finally after some time I was informed this item was in short supply but they did not even have the common courtesy to let me know. I demanded a refund which was not easy but got one in the end. Would never order again from this company.
Shipping took a while, but the site was upfront about the shipping times. Well worth the wait. Very satisfied with my purchases

It took nearly 6 weeks to get items ordered when I paid fir 3 to 8 days delivery and was with me chasing. Do not use this company if you expect a decent level of service. Never again for
me.

A full refund for unwanted items is rejected.
10% refund and keep mechanidise was offered (merchandise that does not fit and I do not want).
After going back and forth, they offered a 30% refund, then 50%, then 60% (stating this was the most they could offer) and then 70%.
I couldn't be bothered to argue it out any longer and so accepted this.
Just be aware that full refunds are not available, and the initial 10% offered can be bettered!
Alex was lovely... he was only able to do what he was authorised.
Liked the clothes advertised on the model. Although when received, the material was very poor quality.

I was quite skeptical about ordering from overseas as I've had a disappointing experience with Dresslily. However Ivrose were the only company advertising a specific top I had my eye on for Christmas so I took the plunge. I tracked my order throughout the few weeks that it took and when it finally arrived I was ecstatic to find that the top was exactly like the picture and the material wasn't this awful tissue paper stuff that I've had before. It's comfy and fits great!

I missed the return period by just a few days as some of the clothes I ordered were too big and wanted an exchange or a refund and id order the same items in a different size. They at first turned me down and said I was SOL but after I raised some cane they offered me $5 to shop again on their site. Total joke.

Just saw some nice things wanted to try.
Over a month still haven't received my order. Reaching out they said two items were out of stock. No notifications about delays.
Horrible. Follow up was slow.

Overall the clothes were a good quality and quite good size wise. I ordered a lot for choice but am finding it extremely difficult to action a return. I'm still waiting on a response from the email I sent last week

Checkout and payment process is pretty smooth and easy. Just need to wait and see if the quality of the clothes is satisfactory as well.
Great sale and nice selection on clothing!
Dress looks good and fits good. The material is a little see through. I will need to wear a slip under it.
Quick easy shop, however when I wasn't happy with the order the customer service team had no intention of allowing me to send the item back. The customer service team suggested I keep the item with a small percentage refunded, however I did not want the item as the quality of the fabric was terrible, it was made out of the cheapest nylon. After this shopping experience I would never shop here again nor would I recommend Ivrose online store to anyone I know. The customer service team were not helpful to sort out refunds. Once they have your cash there is no going back. I will be avoiding Ivrose and will not be getting sucked in to any more purchases from Ivrose.

I was looking for a decent wedding guest outfit and they had something that looked lovely on the websites photographs.
I wanted a jumpsuit for a wedding but the poor quality of the material meant the item that arrived was not suitable for what I wanted it for. It was so static it clung to the body and would’ve made me sweat profusely.

I can not complain about costumer service because they reply rigth away to your emails. However, is has being more than a month and I haven't receive my dress. At this point I am going to wait an other 7 days, if not i will request a full refund and hopefully they dont give any issues with my full refund.
