Shipping took too long and the product was cheap quality. The fit was odd and I don't like it

I didn't like the dress. Although the colors and pattern were the same as the picture, the quality is very poor. I expected the top layer and sleeves to be chiffon and it wasn't. The fabric seemed like like parachute material or plastic. Overall very unhappy, I will not be able to wear this dress and feel like I was ripped off by purchasing it.
