IT Parts Depot is a sorry company and I do not recommend them to anyone. I wasted a considerable amount of time ordering three in-stock items from them only to receive an email today saying all three items were out of stock. Don't waste your time with these clowns. They are not a reputable company and do not keep their website up to date. Avoid IT Parts Depot at all costs.
IT Parts Depot exceeded my expectations and I more than satisfied as a customer! On 11/13/15 I placed an order for a brand new HP Pavilion mother board *******-001. I was told by the rep that the motherboard would arrive no later than Wednesday with free shipping. As of 11/17/15 the new HP motherboard is on my porch and I am very satisfied.
If you're ever looking for a new motherboard, IT Parts Depot is the place. They're honest, friendly, and trustworthy. The only improvements I would recommend is possibly sending an email confirmation within 5-10 mins of purchase and adding a tracking number to orders. Other than that my experience with IT Parts Depot was perfect.
I have a technician who's going to install the motherboard this week so we'll see from there. After some testing I'll give an update 90 days from now.

As of today my laptop and motherboard are still going strong! A few times I left my laptop on just to test the stability of the motherboard and arctic silver 5... It still works! Since Nov., 2015 I've only had one instance where the laptop froze and the startup screen delayed to start (which almost gave me a heart attack).
But everything is working fine. I need to buy a new audio ribbon cord because for some reason audio will only playback through headphones or speakers. Perhaps when I reassembled my laptop I placed it in the wrong spot...
If you ever need a new motherboard for an old laptop, ItPartsDepot is the place to buy from!
This seller lists items that it does not have in stock. This is known as a drop shipper. Once they get an order, they try to buy it from another wholesaler and have them ship it directly to you. If they can't get it, or the price is too high, they just tell you it is out of stock. I hate these kinds of sellers because they waste your time. You think you have the item ordered and on the way, and then a day or two later you find out you're now behind on a project.
They do sell used parts, which I stay away from. We've ordered several things from then in a pinch over the last month and they have come out shining every time - and much cheaper than some of our other vendors to boot. Most of these parts were out of production parts for legacy systems. I was disappointed to see a couple of bad reviews on them. They've been more than helpful to me. Maybe I've just been lucky - I hope not.
We ordered two HP server upgrade kits(heatsink and processor). We received bags of parts which were obviously used. One of the heatsinks was bent and was in fact not the right one for the server. Sent one email trying to get resolution, which we got a response of 'what is your invoice number' even though it was in the original message we sent and after that could never get another response. DO NOT BUY FORM THESE PEOPLE!
Their website was, and is still showing 20 motherboards in stock used, and 20 motherboards in stock new. We ordered a new motherboard with overnight shipping for a business computer that must be up and running the following day. The next day, instead of the part we received an email stating their inventory numbers are not correct and they have no inventory. They also stated they would inform us if and when the motherboards were received into their stock... BEWARE
