The item we needed OEMPCWORLD had in stock, this was a plus, however the post office said they attempted to deliver and no one there to sign? The plant is open 24/7 and security onsite. I think there should have better options for shipping.

Second Ram that was compatible with my laptop was found and offered to subtitute the non available item. I accepted it and proceed with the order. Shipping took about 5 days to come. Package was secure during shipping. I installed the ram and the performance of the ram is great.
