I ordered a few things including two plastic storage cases for some Compact Flash cards that didn't have cases when I purchased them from else where. At $0.40 a piece that was a good price compared to what I was finding at other places.
When I received my package I discovered that I was short one of the cases. I sent an email and got a response with in 15 minutes. I didn't expect them to take long to response but I didn't expect a response that quickly either. They put another case in the mail and I received it the following week.
While I have ordered from them in the past I haven't done a "ton" of business with them. This will for sure keep me coming back when I need things like SD Cards, Micro SD Cards and Compact Flash Cards.

Was told about the limits on a RAMCHECK LX DDR4 and was personally called by a sales rep notifying me about the situation. I've never had such good post sales service, it made me want to re-evaluate how I run my business. This was incredible. Unfortunately, due to the supplier (the original manufacturer) being no longer in business, it makes this difficult to find what I need - but the person on the phone did an amazing job of explaining the problem, a possible solution, and making sure I understood the problem.

The other part of the order shipped just fine and it works great. Highly recommend this site. They could have easily just cancelled the portion of order and not explained anything, but they went above and beyond.

They did a great job of sending emails with updates of my order! My order was backordered only a couple of days and they emailed to see if I needed faster shipping to make up for the delay. They also had the best selection of what I was looking for. Will definitely order through them again.

Was going well for years and we were doing thousands of dollars a year with them. Then a billing system change caused their website to overcharge our company on two orders. I noticed the pricing error while placing the second order and that was corrected. For four months I went back and forth via email and phone trying to get them to fix the first pricing error. My sales contact kept telling me they could fix it as soon as someone else returned from vacation. After their vacation they said there was no error and I was billed correctly. This was not the case and anyone looking at our billing history could clearly see that. At this point I gave up the refund we were due and began shopping elsewhere. We buy in bulk and I am happy to have found another site that sells name brand cards at much better prices than the generic ones cost here. They also include the case rather than charging extra for them. Won't give them our business again.

Although I was a bit skeptical initially after seeing a lot of reviews but was amazed and quickly won over by the exquisite range of clothing it provides. Online ordering at Modlily has been extremely smooth that allows anyone to quickly find the best match effortlessly and free shipping provided was just an icing on the cake. I ordered a pair of shirts to be worn on my cousin's wedding and I am so pleased that I received the shipment right on the date of delivery. Will certainly recommend!

I ordered Samsung brand RAM and received SK Hynix brand instead. Seller gave no notice of item substitution. All of the reported ratings (capacity, form factor, data rate, latency) seem to be the same as the Samsung unit and the current market value of the two seems similar, so I am going to keep it. But I cannot give a 5-star rating for this. I ordered Samsung brand part to match the dies of my other memory. I specifically chose this seller because they listed the part in stock. I am not pleased with this "bait and switch" tactic.

I was seeking a low volume campact flash card to use in my embroidery machine and discovered that they are not a common item any longer. OEMPCWorld had just what I wanted and on sale to boot! I ordered two and was told that I could get free shipping if I ordered another, so I did as the third card was only a couple bucks more than what the shipping on the other two would have been. Imagine my surprise when my order arrived in only a couple days. Just what I needed, great price, great service!

I bought a CF card as intructed by my professor, only to learn I didn't need it at all for the cameras we were using. When placing the order I was able to add a return postage envelope, and that seriously saves on time!

There was no hassle or issues with returning the product, and my money was returned quickly, again without issue. Although I didn't need the item in the end I will 100% be returning here if I need any equipment!

(Plus being anle to change how you want an item packaged was great too!).
