I gave this company more than one chance. My ring sets were a real disappointment. One arrived notably different from that which was pictured on the website. Then, on the more expensive set, stones fell out within hours of the first wear. Terribly disappointing. Although they did respond, communication with customer service was strained at best, and at times poor. I asked to return the ring with missing stones for a refund. They refused. I had to have help from PayPal to get it resolved. If not for them, I would have lost my money! The website claims the company has a California, USA headquarters, it's FALSE! When I tried to make arrangements for return, they wanted it sent to China. Which is very expensive. I wouldn't buy from them again.

DO NOT SEND THEM A DIME OF YOUR MONEY! If you get your jewelry, and that's a big IF, God help you if you have to return it for ANY reason! They'll get your money, and you'll never hear from them again. Poof! They're gone! The entire company just stops working. And I'm being quite literal. The website, nothing works except the part where you order and they get your money. You cannot reach them in any way. The phones, they don't work either. All you get is voicemail pickup. Don't expect a call back. Oh, and don't bother to email either, they won't respond to it. Just do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to deal with.

I purchased a replica of my real ring to wear when traveling for safety and I used their "measuring technique" which turned out to be total garbage despite doing exactly what they said. My ring arrived today way too large so I contacted them to exchange and I was forced to pay $20 to return it PLUS I have to pay to ship it myself! The other maddening part is that they won't guarantee the new size will work! So I paid the $20 now I have to ship the incorrect size back at my own expense AND wait another 15 business days. Their site DOES NOT outline these fees and they lead you to believe exchanges are easy peezy and they ARE NOT! I've included a screenshot of their site and notice how anything regarding return shipping, etc... is barely visible or legible. Totally dishonest and they gave 0 cares when I told them I would complete this transaction and NEVER be their customer again. Maybe they thought I was kidding... I wasn't. I also told them I would educate as many people as possible on their misleading business practice and again, 0 cares. Hopefully I help someone on here and keep them from spending money with this dishonest company.

All u can say is I am super surprised with the ring set I got. I've seen a lot of reviews of dissatisfied people with the quality of the rings. I ordered my rings April 14th they were here on the 27th. I live in Florida. I was so scared they weren't going to be as nice as they are because of the reviews. I emailed italo jewelery multiple times being scared they werent going to be quality. They were better than I thought they would be. Italo jewelery emailed me back withing 24 hours to assure me the rings would be nice. I'm very happy with my rings and I will buy again.

I ordered a ring for my engagement. I ordered it two weeks before the event and paid $20 for 3-5 day shipping. After I had a few live chats with them - it became clear that I would not be getting my ring on time. So I cancelled my order. They said that it would take 3-5 days. I let them know that i ordered through PayPal and that is immediate and respectfully requested that they expedited the refund and to please refund that day. I had seen all of the bad reviews and felt that I had been scammed.

The ring didn't get here on time - I cancelled before it was shipped so I never saw the product. I also had trouble creating an account t on their website. But the did send the refund back to me on the same day that I requested it. That was a very nice ending to a frustrating experience.

The customer service rep was always very nice. I wish that I could have waited to get the ring. It looked absolutely beautiful on the website. So, I don't have any experience about how the jewelry looked and fit. But it certainly looked amazingly beautiful on their website.
