Trash of a website and company. Sizing is COMPLETELY off and they take no responsibility for it. They put "XS" for an item that's a US size 4. US size 4 is a SMALL / MEDIUM.
Then, to return an item, they "estimate" what the custom duties would be and if you pay more than it actually is, they don't give you your money back. To add, when returning anything back to Italy, you are not responsible for paying customs -- yet, ITALIST makes their own rules just to keep your money.
I will never shop here again, nor will I ever let anyone I know shop here.
I had been looking at an Alexander McQueen Double Belt With Chain. I saw it in the Alexander McQueen store and loved it, but it was extremely pricey. I tried to find something else that was similar but had no luck. I just couldn't figure out what to do. Then I found Italist.com! It showed the exact same belt, but was $400 USD less! Sold! I was very concerned that this item might be a knock-off, used or damaged, but I was assured by Italist that this was a brand new, name brand item in perfect condition. They were telling the truth. Not only did the belt arrive in perfect condition and is clearly an original item, it arrived so quicky that I was, literally, shocked. I couldn't believe it. I think that it arrived within a week. I had to pay customs and tax, but the overall amount that I spent was still $500 less than I would have spent buying the item here.
So, I bought the exact same item that I would have purchased directly at an Alexander McQueen store, it came in perfect brand-new condition, arrived promptly and saved me over $500 in total cost.
I would definitely purchase at Italist.com again and would highly recommend buying from this site.

Tried to pay for a Loewe bag with serveral different Visa/Mastercards many times but all been rejected. Contacted all my three different credit card issuing banks, all saying that the payment apprived by the bank but actually declined by the MERCHANT ITALIST. Contacted Italist customer care 4 time, NO RESPONSE AT ALL! WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! SUPERMARKET'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PAYMENT SYSTEM IS BETTER THAN THEIRS. Cant understand how they still exist in the market!

As we mentioned in our correspondence to you, all the items we sell are 100% authentic, we have provided many examples to illustrate the bags authenticity, and have answered all your questions.
The boutique in which your bag came from is one of the most reputable boutiques in Italy, which is part of the reason why we do business with them.
Also, please note, that due to the time frame since your purchase (ordered July 2021,) the tags have obviously been remove, which makes it difficult for us to identify the bag as an item that came from italist. With that, we can not offer any returns/refunds.

I ordered off-white sneakers and in the size chart there was stated that italian size 40 is equivalent to size 7UK, but when they came on the box I see size 40 is equivalent to size 7,5UK, so I never turned it back, it is quite big, but not worth to exchange and pay for delivery and their mistake
