Sent the wrong size and from what other reviews say this is going to be a pain to fix, I triple-checked to make sure I entered all the information correctly and I did, this was their fault and it doesn't help all I ordered was a simple pair of pants! Mixed with the slow shipping times, I recommend not to buy from these guys...

Update: they said it was my fault but I shouldn't worry because they would give me a 50% discount... I will Email the Co-Owner, Bob, directly hopefully that will help, will update

Update Two: they agreed to send the correct measurements for free after I Emailed the Co-Owner so I will update to three stars.

Update Three: back down to one star. They asked me to delete my negative review when they sent the "fixed" pants, I said yes, BUT, they sent the wrong size again Good Grief.

Update Four: They sent a new pair of pants without me having to ask and said they would issue a full refund, I'll update once the new pants arrive

Update Five: they sent the correct measurements and the pants are what I wanted from the start, they are very comfortable and look nice. All's well that ends well.

I ordered a premium fabric tux for daughter's boyfriend. It was delivered right on schedule and fit him perfectly. The materials and workmanship are top-notch.

The fabrics and construction of the garments I ordered were of impeccable quality. That is indisputable. However, if you are athletic, muscular or have any unconventional dimension then I highly suggest not going with this vendor or the other large supposedly custom online tailor. I had to constantly repeat my exact measurements, but they were not adhered to. After stating difficulties with the first garment, they were kind enough to reconstruct it. The second garment still has some of the same difficulties as the first. Now, he has refused to even respond to my follow-up emails. If you can buy off the rack and your dimensions are pretty standard, then you can get a very well made garment here for an affordable price no doubt. If you really need something custom because your dimensions are slightly off the norm, which is why I came to this site in the first damn place, I'd advise you to just pony up and get a local tailor because for some reason "truly custom" must have different meanings to different people.

Update - As soon as I posted the below review, iTailor got in touch with me and offered to replace the shirt that did not fit free of charge and even to refund the $79.00 in addition. That is great customer service! I looked up their terms and conditions before posting my original review which are: "-Every product is 100% individually tailor-made and handmade according to the customer's preferences. Hence, we DO NOT accept returns for any reason except production error." There is nothing that I could find anywhere on their site before posting my review that made me think that I had any leverage, and so I thought I was just stuck with the too small shirt. Wow I have rarely been so happy to be wrong.

Luckily I started with just one shirt, because although I thought I followed the measurement directions to a T, my shirt overall is too snug and too short, So, I guess I'll look on the bright side and be glad I'm only out $79.00. Because it is custom made, there are no returns, and because it is too small vs too big, I can't even send it back to have it altered (not sure I would bother anyway). The material and workmanship look perfectly fine. I got exactly what I ordered as far as colors and the rest of the choices, but it doesn't fit. So lesson learned, I won't order custom (non-returnable) clothing on line again where perfect measurements are critical to success.

Was`so excited to work with this company however they ruined my a big part of my wedding day. Ordered suits from them and they were delivered in incorrect sizes. Took items to a tailor who measured them to verify the company had sent us the wrong size. Thought the company was fixing the issue because they promised the correct sizes would be shipped out in time for the wedding. Never got a shipping confirmation after the re-order and emailed to inquire. Shipping label finally sent and it was set for the day after my wedding. Even called the shipping company to see if there was anything they could do and they said there was nothing. Now i'm left with 3 of my groomsmen unable to dress for my special day. I will never recommend to anyone who wants this for their wedding unless you want to spend the days beforehand in tears.

Though it was extremely stressful they did everything they could to ensure we got the suits which is why I'm changing the review. Great customer service and we received everything the day before the wedding.

I used tailor many times over the years The last two shirts were really bad I will not use them again

My husband is a groomsman in an upcoming wedding. All of the groomsmen were instructed to order suits from this website. Very hesitant from the get go, we went through with the order per the groom's request. The suit came and let me just say, there is absolutely no way iTailor followed any of the measurements when making my husband's suit. Or any of the other groomsman's measurements for that matter. But I will only speak for my own experience. My husband's jacket is entirely too tight, the pants are too short, and pants also will not button up. I am certain if he sits down in the pants, he will split them right in two. We took the suit to a local tailor and they have done their best to fix this mess. I was told that the waist of the pants had ALREADY been completely let out as far as possible despite the fact that iTailor claims they leave room for any additional tailoring. Clearly they do not. Thankfully the local tailor was able to let the thighs out some and my husand can now manage to wear the pants but just long enough to get by for the wedding because they are still too tight for his comfort. It is a real shame that we have spent so much money on a "custom" suit that does not fit and will likely never be worn again. Stay away from this website. You will have much better outcomes going to Men's Warehouse and having actual professionals walk you through the process of buying a suit.

Had an issue with the size as it was the first time Ieasure myself
The tailor liaised with me to ensure we get the measurements right and I had the other shirt with the right measurements and it was delivered promptly
My advice: give it an extra 2 cms when you measure the chest (under the armpits) to allow ease of movement, otherwise it's going to catch you under your armpit area and it won't be comfortable
So just be careful with measurements and if in any doubt, contact them first

This suit is easily the best suit I own. My groomsmen and I were constantly complimented on our suits.

I needed a suit made for my daughter's wedding so I bought the same fabric from the wedding hire shop as the Groom, Groom's father and best man would be wearing because I didn't wont to hire one, I got in touch with Bob Co-Owner of itailor and explained my problem he reinsurance me that it wouldn't be a problem and told me to send the fabric and my details and he would make the suit, the communications was great and I got my suit on the 20/08/18 only 4 weeks from ordering it and it was perfect in every way and it had all the extras I asked for and that is why Bob is a true Gentleman. I can't thank you enough Bob THANK YOU.

In the past month I've ordered about 1,500$ of items from iTailor. After reordering items for my son and father that we finally managed to get close to fitting them correctly (reordered -- I paid for it), my (I'm the groom in what is shaping up to be a disaster since I don't have clothes for it, by the way) clothes don't even come close to fitting me. Seriously, even the shirt that I added an inch to the chest measurement taken by their directions puckers and pulls across my chest and shows off my nipples as if I were going to tear it off and start pole dancing. The waistcoat fits me like a tube sock and the buttons are just starting to pull if I exhale and hold my breath in that exhaled position. If I breathe, I look like a burst bratwurst -- this after adding an inch to the chest measurement.

I've spent so much money ordering and reordering trying to get things that fit for my damn wedding, and nearly 1,500$ into this and I still don't have clothes for my wedding which is 21 days away.

I'm so unbelievably disgusted with this entire experience, and I still don't have clothes I can wear for my wedding. My SO is... well, let's say she's stressed. Who wouldn't be?

UPDATE 6-20-18

After posting the below review, I received both phone and email communications from Bob, the co-owner of the company. My Paypal payment was refunded in full, and Bob also offered to make up an entirely new suit, free of charge, as a show of goodwill. (It's unfortunate that it took my posting a poor review to get a response, but I can say fairly certainly that the owners really care about the image of the company, and in that interest, they will fix any problems that arise in ordering from them.)

I ordered an iTailor suit for my upcoming wedding in hopes of having the same experience as so many others on these various review sites. I should have listened to my instincts: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I received my suit fairly promptly, and it was unacceptable right out of the box. As iTailor notes (DEEP into their terms & conditions), they add ~5 inches (!) to your jacket measurements so that you can just get it altered to fit (I'm a 41 chest and ordered as such--see the photos below). I wrote them to ask how to get my 80-euro alteration credit (and the swatch that I was promised would come with my order)--no reply.

Worse, the suit is nowhere near the color shown on the website. They will probably say it's a monitor issue, but it really is different enough to be a completely different product, and not what I ordered. (Photos below.)

After enough frustration and no reply, I wrote to ask for a refund. I got a response within 48 hours (hooray!) that they would be back to me within 24-48 hours (also hooray!) with a "fair and amicable solution".

After a week, I had not heard from them, and wrote again asking when I would hear. I still have not.

So in the end: I have a suit that is the wrong color, fitted in the jacket for someone twice my size, with shoulderpads (like, what?), and no alteration credit to get it fixed to, oh, I don't know, the measurements I ordered it in? And no word from this supposedly friendly company.

Don't waste your money.
