I purchased a Tuxedo for my wedding from iTailor. It arrived several months ago and was fantastic. The material and construction quality were great, the measurements were exactly what they gave them it fit perfectly. I was really happy. What I failed to notice was that I made a mistake on my vest and submitted to them a vest length equal to the jacket length. With only about 2 weeks until the wedding I reached out and asked if there was any way they could get me a new vest in time. Their co-owner, Bob, responded promptly, assured me they would make a new vest, ensure it arrived in time, and that they would do it at reduced cost. I was blown away. They held all the cards here, I needed that vest and I was willing to pay extra to get it on time. Instead of taking advantage of the situation and offering to deliver my needs, but at a premium, they proactively offered to make it happen for less. This is a company that does excellent work AND cares about the people it serves. Thank you iTailor.

UPDATE: Owner, Bob, emailed and personally called to rectify this situation. He has been gracious and attentive to make things right. Reportedly, the representative, Parveen, originally handling my problem did not follow company protocol. Bob sent swatches for examination of fabrics promising to make a new suit according to my specifications. In the final analysis, personnel can make mistakes causing problems for customers, but when owners and responsible administrators are alert and involved, results can be positive for everyone. I have changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars because of Bob's intervention and my previous years of satisfaction with iTailor.com.

My four groomsman and myself all ordered suits from Itailor with all of us having measurements off on our suits and it being too tight to move our arms or sit down in some of the suits. Quite unhappy with the end result of how they turned out...

In addition to several shirts, I ordered two jackets, which ended up far too large. The reason was shared between iTailor and myself, since I added too much "air" to my measurements. After contacted Bob at iTailor, I made new measurements and the jackets were reproduced free of charge and sent me, - all within a weeks time. Really impessive. The new jackets fits perfectly. Top quality tailoring. Eventually an advice for new customers: Please follow the instruction measuring videos precisely.

Ive been ordering shirts since 2015 and they are just wonderful! The fit is perfect, the quality of the fabric excellent, and there are so many options to choose from you will enjoy yourself in the design, from colors to buttons to all kinds of inserts. Also the prices are the lowest youll find anywhere. All my friends tell me how great my iTailor shirts look and feel! They also have the best customer service of all, I asked for a modification after having placed an order and they immediately adjusted the measurements without any extra expense. I am extremely pleased with iTailor and look forward to ordering many more items in the future!

I've been an itailor customer for almost three years now and all of my suits jackets and slacks are now exclusively custom made for me! I've only been happy with the quality and workmanship but the open communication line and willingness to help is what sets them above and beyond. I have never had an email not returned overnight. They are so helpful with fabric questions and design advice.
Just a side note-I have bought three pairs of the exact Levi's jeans and they have not fit the same. You would think all farmers are exactly the same but they are not. Fabrics are different. The heads cutting it are different. Itailor is completely Hand Made and your measurements change day to day as well. Just keep in mind if you want a perfect fit you may need to have some small alterations. It's a work in progress and the work is fun if you like it. If you don't know your measurements or are not sure get with a local tailor and they can be tremendously helpful. So happy and just wanted everyone to know itailor is why!

Suits were delivered on time and Bobs response to our customer service request was amazing. The inside of the suit is very slick and can be customized to your liking. We got it for our wedding and with the groomsmen located all over the world, it was great to get all the suits with matching colour and styles. Tip or advice to people getting suits: take measurements from your best fitting suit and use the video as a guideline. It can get a bit confusing and thats how the measurements are thrown off. Looking forward to getting more shirts and possibly suits in the future.

They are very accommodating, I wanted big lapels, and they were able to deliver. They also said they can do double breated waistcoats and suspender buttons along request, I thinky he should add these options to began with, and while I would also like the option to go full canvas with the jacket, they are a great store.

I recently ordered a tuxedo from itailor. The first suit was sent to me has the worst fitting. It was too big almost fit twice of me. I reached out to customer service with photos and got their reply asking me to re-measure my size, I remeasured everything and the numbers were exactly the same as the numbers I initially put in. They said their production was correct and offered me to purchase a second suit with 50% off. It seems to be their protocol. I wasn't happy about it. I went online wrote a review and the co-owner Bob reached out to me right away and offered to fix the issue. He discussed with me and they made me a new tux that fits much better and shipped to me quicker than initially. I would give them more than 5 stars for Bob to save the day. He went above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with their purchase. I wish it didn't take a negative review for them to fix the issue.
I appreciate Bob, definitely still recommend this company. The suit is worth it, it takes some work initially but they are willing to make it right.

Three suits from iTailor... the first fit absolutely perfect, although the material is questionable, but looked great on me. 2nd try, with absolutely same measurements was a disaster and to boot, the material was tan instead of olive green. Big difference. I complained, they made another suit for me, horrific... now the fabric was whitish grey instead of the olive green... and the jacket was all twisted, the collar was 2 inches off the back of my neck, and the sleeves were made for a 12 yr old girl... I'm all done... the Asians cannot make anything of quality, and communication is a nighare...

There suits are made out of garbage materiale the measurements look like they were made not to fit (sadly i am not joking) realy do not buy just because its cheap or because they have a cool website you might as well take a garbage bag and add lapels... ITS NOT EVEN A SUIT its a garbage bag TRUST ME

I ordered my husband's suit for our wedding from this company and the jacket had been made in the wrong size. After contacting customer service I was connected with who I believe to be the owner or at least a manager. Danny worked with me through text and phone calls untill everything was sorted out. 4 months later one of our groomsmen had a problem with the size of his pants. I still had Danny's number in my phone and directly contacted him. He was able to fix this second issue and have the new pants sent 2 weeks before my wedding. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is absolutely amazing and I am greatful the effort they made to make my wedding a success!

I ordered myself a nice great 3 piece for the wedding of a friend. The jacket and the vest were a perfect fit, while the pants were to tight. I contactet the CEO Bob Chawla and within a week he sent me a perfect fitting pant.

I will order again.
