Definitely a clutch thing to use when you're in the process of relocating and need mail to be delivered wherever the overtime is. Excellent service.
I lose mail monthly. Stuff shipped out with dead tracking numbers. Items returned to sender. Mail that says postage due. WTF. Who's running this mickey mouse or is someone sabotaging me because I complain monthly about their subpar service! All mailbox's services are not the same. Staples is the station that processes my doomed mail through ipostal.
I received a package notification and decided to go to the office, just to check it out. I received a great greeting when I walked into the office. The gentleman at the first desk was professional, courteous, and got my package right away. It was quick and easy. A great experience.

Generally, we advise that you use the 'Schedule a Pickup’ feature when you want to pick up mail, whether with the app or from your computer. By doing this in advance, the mail center can get your mail ready ahead of time. That helps the mail center to be more efficient and saves you time.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf.

Pricing for all ‘Optional Services’ is posted on the Pricing pages on our website. Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like forwarding, scanning mail content, or mail pickup. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize those who do.

Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

It is very uncommon for mail to go missing. Our locations are certified by the USPS as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, that receive and manage mail securely and professionally.
