At iPostal1, we offer the low monthly price of $9.99 at most locations and charge for other services on a pay-as-you-go basis, since many people do not use other services like pickup. Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge. All fees for the optional services provided are listed on the Pricing page on our website and details on pickup fees are available by each address listing.

Regarding mail received at your center, it all depends on the actions you take. If you file a Temporary Change of Address at your local post office, then all your first-class mail from all senders will be forwarded to your iPostal1 address. Otherwise, only the senders you inform, whether business or personal, will know to send mail to your iPostal1 address.

Overall my experience has been very positive. It was a little confusing when I was getting signed up and waiting for the approval process. I think that program could be a bit more user friendly. Since then the experience has been very easy. My one true complaint is that I postal were in more cities! As RV'ers we move around every 6 months. So this service is wonderful. We can change our address as we move. We need you in more cities!

I am deeply disappointed with the recent developments regarding iPostal, and I feel compelled to share my grievances. The company's decision to implement a 50% price increase is nothing short of price gouging, leaving customers like myself feeling exploited and undervalued.
First and foremost, the sudden and significant hike in prices reflects a blatant disregard for customer loyalty and satisfaction. Many of us have been long-time patrons of iPostal, relying on its services for our mailing needs. To suddenly burden us with such exorbitant costs without any warning or explanation is not only disrespectful but also financially burdensome.
Moreover, this price increase is particularly egregious considering the lackluster quality of service provided by iPostal. Far too often, I've encountered issues with delayed deliveries, misplaced packages, and unresponsive customer support. It's evident that the company's infrastructure and operational efficiency are sorely lacking, yet they have the audacity to demand more money from their already dissatisfied clientele.
Furthermore, the timing of this price hike couldn't be worse, especially considering the economic challenges many individuals are facing. Instead of demonstrating empathy and understanding during these trying times, iPostal has chosen to prioritize profit margins at the expense of its customers' well-being.
In addition to the pricing concerns, iPostal's overall service leaves much to be desired. Their online platform is outdated and cumbersome to navigate, making simple tasks such as tracking packages or updating account information needlessly complicated. The lack of transparency regarding fees and additional charges only adds to the frustration and confusion experienced by users.
Overall, my experience with iPostal has been overwhelmingly negative, and I would strongly advise potential customers to seek alternative mailing solutions. The combination of price gouging, subpar service, and lack of transparency makes iPostal a company not worth patronizing. Until they address these issues and prioritize the needs of their customers, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone.

Please know that this is not a common practice for us as this is our first price increase since 2015, when we started out. With increases in many operational costs, including the cost of leased locations and the wages of employees who service your account, we find it necessary to make this change now.
As a reminder, your Virtual Business Address Plan actually acts like 2 addresses, allowing you to receive mail and packages in both your personal and business name. If you would like to continue to receive mail and packages in both your company and personal name, the price is increasing from $9.99 to $14.99 per month. This remains highly competitive with other services in our space that offer less address locations and less features. If you no longer need your company name, we provided a link in the email you received to remove the company name on your mailbox and avoid the price increase. Your digital mailbox details won't change otherwise.

Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
