I don't receive any mail so far there have been no issues.

Very convenient to have a "virtual business address" so A bunch of business junk mail doesn't come to the house. You get notified immediately what mail you get and you can have it shredded or it can be opened and scanned. Highly recommend for somebody who needs a business address without a physical business location..
I went inside to have some papers printed and the gentleman was SO nice and helpful!

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If an ID was not accepted, it was because it was not on the list of what is accepted, per USPS requirements. Our Customer Service team is always happy to assist with this process.

Efficient digital experience that is quick to view and take action on.
The user interface could be much easier. All options should be available including switching from personnel use to business use, and the option to get notarized outside of the app.

Many people have access to a free notary at a bank or accountant’s office. If not, the online notary service we provide is a great convenience for a very nominal cost.

While we do have many customers who successfully use their iPostal1 addresses for official registration purposes, ranging from registering businesses to obtaining driver's licenses, we highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. The regulations on things like this vary from state to state, so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the address for your desired purpose.
We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment.
