Did a great job of unlocking my iPhone. Would recommend using their service anytime. Took a few days longer than I thought, but everything worked as promised

I paid $27 for an unlock then they said that was just a pre-payment and would not refund. David and crew are total crooks. How does this business exist?

The advertise a price of £19.99 and once you've paid then ask for another £54.99 to complete the unlock. Avoid these scammers do not use them you will get nothing for your money.

Perfect
April 2, 2017

Thats good work, quickly, efficient, and finally, done. Maybe the website should have a advice to guide people to confirm their phone's lock status, so that they won't make a mistake.

Hidden fees
October 31, 2017

The price advertised is not what you end up paying. Once your credit card company authorized the transaction you receive an email requesting additional fees (50£ in my case). Dont' recommend.

Very disappointing
August 10, 2018

This was my experience. I was told they could unlock it for $35. So, I paid for it. I get another email stating if you want the phone unlocked you need to pay for another $45 charge. Which, I found weird, but whatever. I paid it. I waited about three days everyday checking and it would tell me the percentage that was complete on my phone. On the last day I receive an email for $70 voucher. They couldn't unlock my phone. Also the voucher couldn't be used for another iPhone unlock only to unlock internet for another company. If this wasn't true, trust me I wouldn't of wasted my time texting all of this. Its your choice but they told me they couldn't unlock it and now $70 down the drain.

These people should be locked up by now, they're running a scam first they make you believe the service cost is going to be as low as possible them a 1 day or 2 they come back letting you know that your phone is available for unlocking and ask for large sum of money, if you live in the USA just go to Ebay at least here you'll have Paypal to protect you, these people will not return any of your money. DON'T SAY YOU WAS NOT WARNED!

Quick service
February 5, 2019

The did a great job of getting my MetroPCS phone unlocked. Zero issue, its a 2 step process, and that seem to confuse a few people, but it was stated upfront on the web site.

Does the job, but is very slow - it's also worth noting that we sent two phones and paid for the faster premium service on one of them - interestingly the both completed at the same time

Huge waste of time
November 1, 2017

These guys are ridiculous. Biggest waste of time ever. I recently just purchased an iPhone 6 plus off a friend of mine which was locked to a carrier. Got it for a good price so I decided IL get it unlocked. I called a couple of local cell phone shops inquiring about the unlock they told me it will be 30$. Despite all that I found these guys. Their website promised an iPhone 6 plus unlock for $28 which for me is $35 because I live in Canada. Although it was a little more costly then going to a local store I decided why not give it a shot. After making the payment a few days later I get an email saying they want another 45$. (In total $80). I told them I wanted a refund and they would not give me one. THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM... WASTE OF TIME. GO TO YOUR LOCAL CELLPHONE STORE INSTEAD. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME

Its a scam
September 30, 2020

Its actually a scam. The one you are going to purchase on the website for 28 USD is not unlocking but a "PRE ORDER" so no unlock will happen inspite the site appearing to "unlock" your phone before purchase. There is even a "tracking" the check the progress of unlocking. You will only know that you paid 28 USD for nothing when its been like weeks and your phone is not yet unlocked. They asked for additional 40 USD to "complete" the unlocking that will take about atleast 2 weeks. When ordering from their site, they promise unlocking 1-24 hours on the 28 USD purchase so yeah, its a scam. STAY AWAY. I highly doubt they can unlock your phone, I think they will just call the carrier and give the IMEI to unlock this but they pretend they have this sort of technology to unlock it.

I've used this service twice - the first time they were able to unlock my phone only after charging me $30 more than the original quoted price, it took weeks to unlock. The next time I decided to try them again, thinking maybe it would be faster this time. They charged me an initial $28, and then emailed me a few days later saying the unlock was unsuccessful and they needed to charge me $70 more to unlock it, for a total of ONE HUNDRED dollars for one unlock. I emailed them back asking why the first time they unlocked a phone for me with their "premium service" it costed a total of $60, and why this time they were asking for $100 for the same service. This second phone was the same model as the first, on the same network. There is no reason why suddenly they should be asking for $40 more. This site is running complete scam and fraud practices. I've emailed them twice since then and nobody has responded to me.

Not only this, but the company actually offers you a cash bribe to leave them a good review. If that doesn't scream shady practices I don't know what does. I'm attaching a screenshot of them offering the bribe as proof.

They are bunch of Scammers -DO NOT USE THEM
The Guys are only interested in getting more money from you
1: Prices quoted in USD and they take British Pounds from Your Account
2: Takes twice as long as they say, then them come back asking for heaps more money
3: They hide all the refund info, then point it out if you ask for a refund, when they fail to deliver
3: Site says 100% Guaranteed Refund. This is BS
4: They Only post good feedback on their site
5: There are other much cheaper and more honest companies to deal with

My Advice, go to ATT Website, where you can do it for free, DO NOT Use these Guys, they will just try to get you to pay for a Premium Service

Also if you try to look them up, they use a company in the Bahamas to hide their details, sure sign of scammers..
