They advertise a price to unlock your phone but at check out, in very small lettering they disclose another amount after they supposedly check if your phone can be unlocked or not.
Total waste of money. $30 down the drain, just to receive an email that said that I owe them $100 more?

Not only they took my $30 but didnt deliver anything in return.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

They cannot unlock any iCloud locked devices which are currently sold by Apple, other than iPhone 5S and previous models which are discontinued by apple. Even if the device is a clean one they will make it a barred device which gives a msg (THIS SMARTPHONE IS UNCLEAN. This smartphone/tablet has been reported lost and is currently blocked by 1 or more networks.) You can check your device status on the website (cleancheck.me) prior to proceeding. I submitted proof that my devices are clean ones and they refused to process card refunds. And when it comes to iPad devices is also the same scenario, they only can unlock devices which are discontinued by apple. Please do not waste time submitting to remove iCloud or network locks which are currently sold by Apple and which are currently in contracts with any mobile network. They will not refund your money either. Please stay away from these scammers.

Rip-off
October 26, 2017

Service from an absolute disingenuous company, phone was unlocked by AT&T two days prior to this company. I was unaware that the cell carrier was involved, I learned from the seller of the iPhone after contracting iPhoneimei.net. AT&T called me and unlocked the phone in 15mins and this company still sent me a notice 2days later saying it was done? Seriously you know full well you had no involvement and didnt insult me with a partial refund. Truthfully I was okay until this request for a review, so now I will make sure this is know throughout my circle...

Hello, I purchased 6S+ phone worth of $200. First time I was used iphoneapprovedunlock.co.uk website to unlock $28. They said unable to unlock it because of outstanding balance with sprint. Then I have asked to iphoneimei for unlock and mentioned that outstanding balance with sprint. They said no problem, I paid $28. But they are asking another payment $200. These are bull$#*!. They are fraud. Why are they asking $28. What you do with pre payment $28. They have to tell in the website $28 this is not unlocking service fee. Totally I wasted $56.

Waste of time.

In short, I needed to unlock my phone to move to a different carrier however I still owed money for financing the phone. I don't mind paying it off, but I needed to move carriers first.

iphoneimei.net in short said it could unlock ANY iphone that wasn't lost or blacklisted. My phone is neither and has been active and only owner since purchase new. I paid $80 to have my phone unlocked and now they want to offer a 'voucher' to check another device... eff that.

This whole 'unlock' process started back on May 16th and it has taken 2 weeks to get an answer from these scammers.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING

Dont spend your money on them. They do nothing to unlock your phone, they dont respond to their messages and initially they say its $28 dollars and then they ask for more, $115! And treathen if you don't pay, you lose your $28 you already payed.

You have been warned.

Beware, it's a scam
August 6, 2021

I came across iphoneimei.net website and paid them to make icloud lock removal. After paying 27.99 USD, I received a funny email that this is only a pre-order and they ask me to go to apple store to make the unlock or to pay more to have their fancy automatic removal. I paid another 42 USD and they gave me their fake counter status of the process. After two days they sent an email to inform me that my iphone is either stolen or reported as lost.
I provided them with the proof that it is not stolen nor lost, then they said ok we have made a refund. After one day, they sent me this funny email:
We are pleased to announce that iCloud Premium service is finally available. This removes the iCloud account for all devices, including barred ones.
Due to the popularity of the service timeframe is expected to take 30 days.
The price of this service is £99.99 but as a previous Clean iCloud purchaser your previous vouchers have been discounted for you leaving £49.99 to pay
--
So they revealed themselves by sending this email. How my mobile is reported as lost or stolen and they offer to unlock it?
Above all this, anyone can check their IMEI on apple website to check if it is blacklisted or not, and my phone's status is CLEAN. But this is their excuse to keep milking you and then ask you to wait for 30 days until you have no chance to report them with your bank and get the money back.
Do not ever deal with this scam website.

I did a pre-order with IPhoneIMEi (Order ID: *******) on Nov' 24th 2018, as we speak now (Mar 1 2019), still my iphone is not Unlocked and they havent even respond.

I did a pre order, meaning I paid full money to unlock my phone and still its not locked. What is more frustrating is, there is no response from them or Reason why they are not doing it.

I dont know, if they will respond, atleast after reading my Complaint.

SCAM
November 23, 2018

I tried to get my iphone x unlocked using this website. I have done it a
Couple of times because i cant use my phone. I was able to use the
Credit from before but again they sent me a message that it is
Blacklisted. Aren't you guys whitelisting the phones. I have already paid
$140 and still i get the same reply saying premium processing required
And when i send an email asking for premium service nobody replies.
Totally pathetic company and running a scam.

See the picture that i have uploaded. It says 100 percent guaranteed and ready for release. But I recieved an email saying your phone is blacklisted while it is not. So i created this new order using the voucher... to get to this page. Again, i request everyone to sign the petition.

Price for the unlock service was $28. A 2nd payment was never mentioned.
After the $28 payment was made they sent an email asking for £129 more.
Not even the same currency.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I filed a complain with my credit card company to make a chargeback.
If you have been scammed talk with your bank, they can reverse the payment.
