Never received the watch. These people don't answer the phone and don't answer emails.
It's pathetic. Invicta used to be a good name for timepieces. From now on, if I ever buy another Invicta watch, it will be in real world stores. Not even sure how to get my money refunded
In a nutshell, these people suck at customer service

Great product at a great price. I've always wanted an automatic movement time piece, have heard mixed things about Invicta, but seemed like a nice deal so I went for it. This one is very attractive, very fashionable. Love my watch, seems well built and and a quality piece. But time will tell it longevity, if that quality will last

The shopping and pricing at invicta was fine. The product shipping was the problem. They said your product would ship right away and I do understand that there is a pandemic going on, but I had to email the company and finally gotten a reply. That's when my product shipped out the next day or day after. Other than that I've had no problems and will shop with them again.

My watch is beyond awesome! I've been so happy with every watch that I have purchased. A cool fact, and I don't know if anyone else has experienced this or not? When I've opened the box, the time on my watch is exactly correct. I live in a different time zone that where it came from, so Invicta's attention to detail goes far beyond just the products that they offer.

Please answer your phones! I called five days straight and waited hours and hours to hear from someone when I finally became caller number one it was another hold or sometimes your system would hang up on me. Then when I called back it said your numbers were out of service for a second I thought this was fraud til I finally received my order.

Great service. Only thing I didn't realize that it would take so long to ship. I paid $30.00 for two day shipping and it didn't ship until another 2-3 weeks. It could have been an oversight on my part not sure. Other than that once it shipped it came pretty quick.

I would have liked a better shipping option. It was hard to track my order even after I signed up for tracking details. The package was delivered and no update was sent to me, which left my package out in the open for about 3 hours. It's a great product, but hoping that options on the carrier will be great. I plan on ordering again

Your site can improve its information in regard to delivery after processing. The processing time was ridiculously long and, in my opinion, could have gone through in much less time. It kept me from getting what I ordered in a WEEK and I believe that time is unacceptable for 2-day shipping.

Any time that I deal with Invicta directly, whether online, via phone or in the stores, the experience is very satisfying. Customer reps and in-store personnel are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Although, I must admit, I always tend to purchase via the online store, it has a vast selection and some of the best deals and sales!

This is what I've been looking for. Shopping with Invicta has been nearly addictive. I say that in a good way!? Wonderful pricing and products continue to get my attention. Looking forward to my next purchase.

First time ordering from Invicta site, very easy to use, checkout was fast. Watch arrived quickly, very happy.

Great product, well established, and versatile. You could not ask for anything more. Affordable, beautiful craftsmanship, and stylish.

I ordered total of three watches. Only disappointment was one of the three shipped separate and was marked as needing signature required. Just cost me couple days to receive to go pick up from shipping company.

Packaging was very impressive. Everything was just as promised. No issues. Going to surprise my husband for Christmas.

I found the Invicta store very competitive in product price, and in most cases several dollars cheaper than other stores, which by the way were sold out of the particular watch that I was looking for.
