Invicta Stores

This was another great experience from Invicta. The one complaint i have is that i bought two watches and they shipped separately yet it was not immediately clear that they were shipping from separate locations, so when i received the first one thought my order got messed up. From an end users perspective i would suggest making it more clear when an order has been broken up into multiple shipments. Beyond that, i love all of my Invicta watches, and will continue to shop with you.

Absolutely terrible experience. It took fourteen days for Invicta to even process my order. By then, I'd called the customer service line three times to which I didn't receive an answer. I just sat on hold for 15 minutes at a time... I also sent numerous emails which all have gone unanswered. My order was a Christmas gift and it arrived well after the holiday. Again, it took two weeks to even get an order confirmation (which was after Christmas). Completely unacceptable!

The process was simple, I picked what I wanted and checked out in minutes. The only real negative was that product specs not being fully accurate. Example, I like having the date feature so from the image it has it but when I go to the specs it says "No". This fact almost made me change my mind in purchasing because it said it did not have it. Also, nice to have more detailed user manuals on watches that have duel time zone feature. I had to do trial and error to figure it out.

Overall I was completely satisfied with the experience. I would recommend that Fed Ex, the delivery service carrier be allowed to deliver the packages to leasing offices when appropriate and have a leasing office agent sign for packages as opposed to the actual recipient or secure package(s) at the amazon HUB Lockers like other delivery carriers do. Deliveries are typically done during normal work hours when I am not available so I then have to drive out to my local Fed Ex office to pick it up which is not always easy to do for a number of reasons. Just a suggestion. Thanks!

Nice watch overall, was a little disappointed with the thickness and overall feel of the band. I have 6 other Invicta Reserve and the bands all are stainless steel very heavy feeling and good quality. This band feels cheap and the hasp assembly is very thin, thin "tinny" sounding when operating if that makes sense. Don't know if the band is lesser quality because of the sale, next time I will be sure to check before purchasing.

My boyfriend loves and only wears Invicta watches and this was my first time shopping directly through the company. The product selection was amazing. I was surprised with how efficient shipping was. I paid for two day shipping as a precaution to ensure delivery by the needed date and it did not disappoint. I am very happy with my shopping experience and with the products I received. Everything was in perfect condition and I have no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be coming back to purchase future Invicta's for him.

I am a true blue Invicta fan I've made several purchases and have always been pleased.when I find a watch I really want I call the Invicta store and the friendly personnel make the whole process so easy, they're great! I really like having the Invicta credit card it gives me buying power as well as convenience. This is the only watch I proudly wear no matter what the event I am attending.This is a quality time piece I love to show it off...thank you. Jim y

You need more images of your products from different angles. I had to go to another site to get another look at the watch band of the product I just purchased...without the other website images. I would not had purchased this product. I tried to reach a customer service rep numerous times only to be disconnected. I was able to leave a message once but never received a phone call back from Invicta. Also when selecting from your shipping options you should elaborate how long free ground shipping will take. I waited a little more then 2 week that's too long in this day and age. Especially with Amazon and Prime free 2 day shipping.
