Overall I had a good experience but due to the shipping problems, I did not have my husbands gift by our anniversary even though I ordered weeks ahead if time.

Enjoyed my Invicta watches, and shopping experience, however, I wish the ability to get an Invicta card was slightly more lenient, I have a credit card, purchased a car, however I can not get an Invicta card in which i would purchase many more watches, which i believe, basing your feedback solely on Experian limits a lot of potential good customers such as myself!

I am STILL AWAITING my complete order. I have been patient, but this is ridiculous. My very first order, also was a very long wait. This being my second order, ABSOLUTELY will be my last. You didn't have a problem with my payment, it was IMMEDIATE. The price's on your website are great, but not at the cost of a 30 day wait on your item's.

Your website was easy and up to date. Refreshing! This is my (3rd) Invicta watch that I have purchased and I have been totally satisfied with each and every one of them. Great job guys!

Couldn't get anyone to respond to my emails, waited for ever for my watches, am having the same issue now with another order. Maybe I am just ordering too much. Who knew that was possible?

I think these are the best watches in the world and make that I've always loved it evicted up for about 10 years I was just able to buy actually 5 due to the covid-19

The processing time for an in stock order is a bit much and was not known when I ordered. Now that I know if I ever need to order again I will do so with that in mind.

Over all I will be ordering more watches from you. The womens watch were to be a gift for mothers day. It was over 10 days late. But for the must part I am happy with our watches.

My husband has worn the watch for less than a week and it has already stopped keeping time. Very disappointed that you stay on hold for 30 minutes at a time and still you can't speak to someone.

The website would not take the invicta credit card so I called the order in and the sales rep explained why and took my order by phone. She was very nice and treated me with great customer care.

I really like the quality of the product photos on the website. The hardest part was narrowing down my choice to only a few. There are so many to choose from.

I took some time to get here probably because of the holiday season, but the packaging was very nice as well as the watch itself for a very good price point.

My experience with invicta was problem free as always. I was able to get the watches I wanted for a great price and they were delivered to my home on time.

There was no follow up confirmation. I had no idea when my watch was to be delivered. The money was paid to you immediately though. More communication needed. Product is great.

I bought the watch for my husband. He is always watching on tv about the watches. So he is thrilled with his present and plans to buy more in the future.
