Invicta Stores

This is a replacement for a similar style 10 year old Invicta watch that still keeps great time. The date window was too scratched too read, and the sale price was too good to resist.

I gave 5 star's because the process was easy. Never had any issues with the quality of the watches and with the delivery...it always comes on time. My opinion working with them is top notch.

My purchase was for a Wildflower #
******* and it arrived with a defect, in the flower design one of the petals is melted. And wait a long time to receive the package. Very sad

I have purchased the majority of my Invicta watches through Shop HQ (Evine) but check Invicta site and order when I find a deal or something unusual that I have not seen on Shop HQ. I really like the fact that there is no fee for shipping. I love the Invicta product line and have always been disappointed that there are no Invicta stores near me (MA).

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM THAT I ORDERED AND HAVE TRIED FOR OVER 2 WEEKS TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ANSWER I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO PLEASE CALL ME ASAP. I LOVE INVICTA AND HAVE BEEN BUYING WATCHES FOR YEARS FROM INVICTA BUT I GOT A BAD EXPERIENCE THIS TIME AND I AM NOT HAPPY. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY GIFT.

I had a difficult time trying to order with the Invicta account. Was totally displeased. Ordered using my credit card and was able to complete the transaction.

I found what I was looking for very quickly online...ordered, with a code they provided. Shipping was faster than expected. Will he ordering again soon for myself.

Mailed for return and awaiting completion of refund.Did not receive confirmation of return arriving back to Invicta until I initiated contact. Was then advised return had arrived.

I am thoroughly pleased with my order. Was a little concerned with the shipping time but overall, I will more than likely purchase again in the future.

Because of this epidemic shipping is slower by the shipping companies with the high demand. But my products trumped shipping. Beautiful pieces. I will be ordering again.

Watch is awesome but I contacted the service department to get the owner manual for my pacific watch and I never have received anything back from them
