Been customer over 15 years. Just want say how satisfied with your time pieces. Have over 75 in collection never had any issues with them and now enjoying invicta website looking forward to purchasing more thanks for making great products at affordable prices. Put reserve against Rolex any day. In my opinion. Invicta better overall timepiece.

I love the watch but it took so long for delivery. Ordered on 12/7 didn't receive till 12/18. When calling customer service if you could get through no one knew what was going on. I tried emailing many times never got a response.

Your quality has gone DOWN! I am sending back a watch because it really doesn't look good. Customer service is terrible. No live chat. Phone operators answer the phone apologizing for the wait. Mine was 30 minutes!

Purchased as a gift for my husband. Quality seems okay - looks slightly different in person than in online photo. In comparison to other invicta watches I have purchased for him before this one feels and looks like its made with cheaper material. But I paid under $100 on Black Friday. Will see how he likes it :)

Love the watches, I'm a fan! I've ordered several in the past with fast delivery times. Not sure why, but for some reason this last time I didn't get an order confirmation and it took 3 weeks to receive my purchase which was a little unsettling. When I reached out, they responded. I will still continue to purchase from them.

On this purchase you were the only vendor offering this particular mode (#*******) l but it's cost was about 30% HIGHER than other vendors selling very similar models (#9211, #9223) just different color dial.

Looks so much better then the picture on the website, it's both elegant and sporty. Which is why I choose this watch because you can wear it anytime. It doesn't feel cheap either! Definitely recommend!
