My first order I placed was ($200) shipped in a mailer bag and my watches boxes were all bang up. Hard to resell an item looking bad. Was hesitant to re-order but my second order I placed came in the box. Nicely. Getting ready to reorder.
Always receive my orders in a timely fashion. Email updates each step of the way as well.

Invicta timepieces are fantastic. However their shipping and customer service are horrible. Those that create and assemble the timepieces deserve better. I would not recommend unless you have at least 3-4 weeks (maybe longer) before you actually need the product.
I ordered a watch and paid for expedited shipping so I would have it for an upcoming trip. Followed up numerous times with very poor customer service to get a status. Was told it was processing. It was never shipped. 2 weeks later, they stated it was out of stock and partially refunded me. Still fighting on getting a full refund. Horrible horrible customer service.
While looking at the add for this watch I got redirected. And the sale price ended? A week or two later I purchased. On inspection of newly delivered watch I found blemishes near each band clasp on lower sides (all four). I was disappointed in the flawed finiish but not enough to return it. I am a retired Quality Consultant for Rawlings Sporting Goods.and several other companies.
Purchase 4 watches with them, 1 was not working and the other 1 I didn't like how it look like. I sent them back almost 2 months now I did not received my refund.
I enjoyed my experience in ordering through Invicta. Very smooth and simple process. Shipping was also very quick.
