The watch I received unfortunately had one of the bands not connected so I contacted customer service for return information. They responded very quickly, nice job! I have not received reimbursement yet but I am sure it will be taken care of. I generally have been pleased with Invicta in the past. However, I was not able to use there payment plan website because it was shutdown. When I called customer service my wait time was almost 25 minutes and when I finally got someone on the phone she was very matter of fact with me.
