I found out that I could've gotten the watch for more than $125 less than what I'd paid.

Could use more filtering options (e.g., I choose the price range, i can pick the color scheme with multiple color options)

With all next/two day deliveries now days waiting weeks seems very long. Secondly, when the watch arrived the battery was dead and we had to pay to have it replaced before ever wearing it. This is the 6th Invicta I've purchased.

It took more than 3 attempts before i was able to successfully place a order that I received. When I contacted customer service I was told the problem was with my credit card and not their mobile site, but ironically I used that same "problem credit card" to make the purchase from a computer.

Very easy to shop with Invicta

I need to get the watch i ordered sized and with the mesh band its difficult. I called customer service but was hung up on multiple times

I found the prices and selection to be great, unfortunately it took me 5 tries before i was able to place a actual order that I received, and when I called customer service they told me it was a problem with y credit card which is too funny since it was the same card i used to finally cmplete the purchase. I believe the problem was because i was using a mobile website.
