I'm really disappointed that the product I ordered well in advance is now two days late. No tracking number so I can't query FedEx. This is a birthday gift and if it doesn't arrive today, I will go ballistic.
Placed an order 12/26/20. Charged immediately, yet never received order. Followed up 3 times since then with NO response. Status says items are backordered, yet I can go to their website and order them now and it says "ships same day". Feeling like they are a scam, wishing I had seen all these horrible reviews before placing my order. Off to contact my credit card company... :(
I spent over $450 on a Voice Caddy. They charged my CC, and even provided a USPS tracking number - which never went beyond 'a label has been created' (red flag). Called them multiple times and got conflicting answers as to the status of my order. Called them to cancel, which they said they would, but did not. Quickly had my CC provider cancel the transaction. I wish I had gone with my first instincts "if it looks too good to be true it probably is", because it is!
Placed an order 12/17/2020. It says the order has been processed. No tracking number and no one with customer service can give me an answer or get back to me. I have spoken with 2 people and they were going to do an inquiry and email me back. Go elsewhere as I have done. Called again today to cancel my order. No call back as of yet. Will be calling my credit card company momentarily.
I placed an order for an item that they stated was in stock on December 6th. I received an email stating that they received my order and no other correspondence. It is now the week of Christmas and the present I ordered from them will not be received. I tried to contact them because that had (allegedly) the same item in stock in a different color. They never picked up their phone. Sent me a refund of my money with no other correspondence. BAD Service
Ordered a Bag Boy Compact golf cart on 5/8/2020. When ordered it said in stock. After placing the order received an order confirmation that then said product backordered with an expected shipping date of 8/2020. It is now Jan 2021 and after several attempts at contacting this company I have not heard one word from them. Now when I look up the status of my order it doesn't exist. I am resigned to the fact that I got ripped off $219.95 from In The Hole golf... What a real $#*!ty thing to do during a real $#*!ty time in all our lives.
Went on website to buy a few items and found that most items out of stock, the problem being they should say out of stock on the first page but it doesn't you have to click on the item to find out... total waste of time. Then after you order something 3 days later they send me an email stating all the products I ordered are guess? Out of stock.
I purchased an item on 12/4 and it was charged to my credit card. I received the order confirmation but no other correspondence. I began emailing and leaving voice messages on 12/14 and never received a response. On 12/21, I finally called in and someone answered the phone. I was told they should be able to get it to my by Christmas and they would send me tracking info. I never received tracking info and called back on 12/22 and they answered again which was unexpected. They sent me tracking info but my order will not be here until 12/29. They did not even ship it until 12/22,18 days after they charged my credit card. I will never, ever order from this business again.
Ordered a Alphard golf cart replacement battery for my cart almost 4 weeks ago, they charged my card immediatley. I have tried to contact them several times with no response. Looks like I may be out 170.00
What a Rip off!
Ordered a golf bag pull cart which did not arrive within expected ship date of 10 days. Tried multiple times to contact customer service leaving multiple messages and sending multiple emails yet no response. Finally I contacted the BBB. The next day they answered the phone I canceled the order. I never received a refund yet one month later the golf cart arrived: BROKEN! This was a product defect with a broken screw on the handle. Despite this I was told to take pictures so a UPS claim could be filed.

Ordered a cart - waited 13 weeks and never received. When I called they said they haven't received product; when I asked if they expected to - there response was no idea. When asked why they still had the product offered on the website - response was they don't deal with the website.
Excellent support and service. Product was NOT released into Australia so after weeks / months of searching and contacting the manufacturer and retailers ITH Golf were kind enough to stay in touch, alert me to availability, and promptly arrange sale and delivery. Price was excellent, and ESPECIALLY International shipping to Australia was best in market. I can only offer praise and support for this company and its team. My sincere thanks
I ordered a golf glove in July glove did not arrive in three weeks and I sent an email with a photocopy of the invoice asking to please contact me concerning any difficulty they were having delivering the glove. I sent a second email, I called, never receiving an answer And left a voicemail message and emailed once again. It is now November the glove is never arrived and I cannot get anyone to contact me.
Easily the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I know it's a tough time for everyone and we are all dealing with a new normal. But I have sent three seperate emails about an order placed over a month ago with absolutely no response. I never write reviews, ever, I'm only writing this in the hopes that maybe they see this and respond. Don't waste your money here trust me
I ordered the Bat Caddy xr3. Inthe hole took my payment! I have no tracking number, ive tried to call customer service. Cant get through. Ive disputed it with paypal! This was ordered May 27th! I still have not gotten anything! Not happy at all! Will never buy from this company again! Im out $800!
Please be careful with this company In The Hole Golf. I have ordered a Mizuno 5 iron beginning of November for US170 with parcel delivery. Order confirmation received but the club was never delivered. I wrote more than 10 emails to therm to see what is going on and they NEVER ANSWERED!
It may be a fake company.

There items were replacements for worn out or older golf accessories. I knew what to expected and was happy when the order arrived. Communication with the company was efficient. I am happy with this transaction. Will use this vendor again.

The small glove that we ordered still has not arrived.
But the large we ordered did arrive as expected. I have not yet been able to try it out, but it is what I expected and ordered.
I read the reviews about response, which seemed a bit tough during the COVID crisis. I order a Clicgear 4.0, which everyone knows is a long lead time frame. Anyway, they got back to me within 4 business hours.
