I ordered a golf accessory from this company because their website showed a ship date at time of order that was 20 days after the order was placed. A week after the ship date shown at time of order entry, there is no update on their website except "backordered". I sent two emails to the *******@intheholegolf.com address with no response. All I wanted was an update of some kind on what the manufacturer says is the new ship date. As other reviewers have noted, they immediately bill when you place the order, not when the order ships. If I get the product or a response, I will amend this review to keep it fair and accurate.
WORST Customer service I have ever experienced.
Ordered on September 25th. Two weeks went by. Nothing, called customer service ( what a joke)! Was told what I ordered, 300.00 golf bag, was no longer available in that color. Was sent three new options. Picked one with in the hour via email. Received email back. Would ship right away. 1 week later, no shipping info yet? I emailed same person to cancel my order, also called and left a voicemail to cancel my order to customer service( what a joke)! No response from any one. Next day sent another email, asking to please respond to my email ( is that to much to ask?). Meanwhile, found one locally, husbands Birthday present, needed it now!
4 days later received an email from someone else, good news your item shipped. Emailed them back within a minute, I CANCELLED THIS ORDER! They responded, with, when, how, did I get a confirmation! LOL! Responded with all my emails attached. No, I did not get a confirmation, because no one would respond! Have yet to receive a response to that email.
Then two days later, package arrives! Oh, then I have to pay $71.00 to ship back my package and to get my refund. We shall see how long that takes!

Ordering was easy and received a quick confirmation. Two days later received email with shipping info and tracking number. That's the only good things I can say about them. My tracking number link took me to UPS but email stated being shipped USPS. Which I confirmed by checking tracking number. USPS said Label created and awaiting package. This status never changed for 3 weeks plus. With multiple attempts of contacting customer service and never received a reply. I then received email 30 days after ordering asking to confirm receiving order and rate transaction. Again replied to customer service with screen shots of the USPS status which hadn't changed and asked about the order to be cancelled at this time. Again another week and no response. That's when I started trying to find ways to report them for fraud or something. Luckily I found out since I paid threw PAYPAL I was able to dispute the charge and order and after another week I finally received a refund threw PAYPAL.

I ordered a simple charger, it took weeks to receive only to find it was the wrong one. They said they would send the right one but did not. After following up again with them they said they would send it and that no one did the follow up the last time I called. I asked why it wasn't sent after the last call and I was asked, "have you heard about Covid?" These guys are expensive, glib and unreliable. A bad combination.
Placed and order and have not received it, cant cancel it and they wont answer the phone. Just out and out thieves
I have received one of the two pair ordered.
The small glove that we ordered still has not arrived.
But the large we ordered did arrive as expected. I have not yet been able to try it out, but it is what I expected and ordered.
I read the reviews about response, which seemed a bit tough during the COVID crisis. I order a Clicgear 4.0, which everyone knows is a long lead time frame. Anyway, they got back to me within 4 business hours.
Real nice, light, pushcart which is easy to fold/unfold, and very maneuverable. Top quality and worth every penny. In the Hole Golf had a great price and sent the cart right away. Thanks very much. I'm sooo glad I found you and I look forward to future purchases from you!
Good Shipment, Given I'm in Australia WA (couldn't be any further away). I placed an order on the 14th May & received delivery on the 1st June so just three weeks.
I also received updated tracking emails detailing it's delivery path, so I was aware of the scheduled arrival.
Less than one week to arrive. Excellent Service and easy to deal with. Garmin product is not only a great piece of kit but it was exceptional value as well.
Product delivered by UPS to their wrong depot. They followed up with a phone call to me and the parcel was redirected correctly. I received it two days later. Good job UPS.

I placed the order on the 3rd of December, did not receive any confirmation that the order was received until December 9th when I had to send an email asking for update. On the 11th an email was sent informing me that it was processed and shipped. The item was received around the 14th or 15th. I was hoping to get it sooner, as it was a gift. I ended up ordering the newer model from Swing Impact, and it only took 3 days, and the newer model works as explained. This one, I have to loosen it up even more, to where the threads are showing to even get it to "click". As I result, I would like to find out how to return this item.

I ordered Sun Mountain Umbrella and Seat for Speed Cart. The items were delivered separately. The one came was the Umbrella, the shipment was a little open, but it was a good condition.
Unit looked Ok on the inside, but the packaging wasn't great. And Oh by the way, the unit only ran 5 times and died. Batcaddy guy said it was probably a return. Not stated when I bought it.
Thank you. The green is great. I'm having trouble getting some of the creases out from how it was rolled up and I've vacuumed but it is very good.
