I needed to do a background search on an individual. This site provides nothing and kept asking for more money as there "were significant concerns". There were none. SO NOT USE THIS SITE- it is a total rip-off
Watch out for Intelius - I used Intelius to get a phone number of a person I needed to call and they offered this search for $0.95 ( half off)... little did i know that I was actually subscribing to their monthly indenity service ( had no idea, it wasn't obvious) probably some of that small print.
Any was I called them and the said that they would stop the subscription, but the $19.95 they took out of my checking account was their's and they were going to keep it. I said that I was willing to pay full price for the phone number I wanted ($1.95) and they could reimburse me $18.00... but they said no too bad you signed up for it so we are keeping the money.
Watch out for Intelius!
I didn't pay attention to the reoccurring charge if I didn't cancel within 5 days so I was upset when I saw a $37.00 charge to my bank account but I called and the lady was very nice fixed everything so my account would be cancelled and stopped the charge as well

Even though I could not find the information that I need on the telephone search the customer service representative was awesome and help me get my privacy information protected on the internet I would highly recommend this representative and also until us for internal for external records

They wouldn't actually review the number that I found was a scam I did the work to find out that this company was a scam not this one itself they're lazy and don't actually do their job they just want your money so I'm here to report them for being a scam and about other scams such as credit assist.

I got a suspicious phone call. Unfortunately, Intelius wasn't
able to identify the source. I was charged $34.95 today so I called Intelius to contest the charge. However, no contesting was needed. Jen was so nice and professional. In the future if i get more suspicious call, I will use Intelius thanks to Jen.

This evening i had problemw logging into my account. I called the help desk *******655, got immediate help after my account was everified. I was walked through changing my password and waiting for me to try again to log in! The person helping me, knew how to help me and quickly resolved my problem.

I wanted to find out who sent me a nasty text message and saw this company would only charge me 95 cents. They charged me $7.95 just for cancelling their service!
Zero starts would be more accurate. I accidentally hit the background check button and was charged over 30.00 dollars for a bull$#*! report. There was nothing in addition to the people search. NOTHING. Blank. Yet they would not refund me. THIS "SERVICE" IS UTTER BULL$#*!. THEY ARE SELLING YOU OLD INFORMATION... THEY DO NOT UPDATE THEIR REPORTS. Avoid them at all costs.
I was searching for someone and I ended up on the INTELIUS site they offered $1 for a month, and I entered my credit card my Norton 360 flagged me with a notification and I didn't press the continue button and that site got my credit card instantly they charged my card
