My earrings arrived in pieces. No receipt when packaged arrived.their e mail address failed to send. They never respond nor and answer their phone number. They are a scam of a company. Sent them my 29.00 in good faith. They asked for photos of the earrings when I already had sent them a photo. They don't keep records of anything I've sent them. They stole 29.00 from me. I notified the BBB about this scam of a company

I purchased the an initial bracelet for myself and 2 more for friends. They give a wonderful appearance at first glance. Unfortunately, they do not hold up long. About 8 months after receiving my bracelet, it began to turn at the clasp. I did not wear this bracelet everyday. Actually, I would say over the 8 months, I probably wore it 10 times. I do realize it is custom jewelry, but I thought the quality of it would be better since it is advertised as a bracelet that is reduced from $50. I can only imagine that the other 2 bracelets I purchased are suffering the same fate! It is a nice looking bracelet, but the advertisement is very deceiving and I am very disappointed.

Purchased a watch and received an email dated 1. 16. 13 stating my order had shipped. After checking the tracking # several days later and seeing no movement, and the package had not actually been shipped I emailed the company. They replied that it shipped on the 16th. Today, 1. 25. 13, I checked the tracking # again and it actually shows that it was scanned by USPS on 1. 24. 13. 9 days after I was told that it shipped. I will not recommend this company because of the lying. It may seem like a small thing; however, I work in customer service for a large wholesale rug and accessories company and lying to your customer is a big no-no. It's unethical and makes most everyone think if you lie about a ship date what else are you lying about.

I ordered back in November and still haven't received my order. I am now getting a refund. They were meant to be Xmas presents. When dealing with their customer "CARE" team I found myself getting more and more upset. They do not know how to deal with customer care and are blatantly rude. I wouldn't entertain shopping with these guys again. Totally shocking customer service. My parcel had apparently been lost in transit. This was after they told me that it hadn't been made yet and then again it was already shipped out. They continued to contradict themselves throughout. My advice look elsewhere if you are considering to shop here. I haven't even had an apology. Simple manners goes a long way!

I ordered a Giraffe Silhouette Classic Charm Bracelet on Dec. 17,2019 at 6:35:30 PM (PST). Have not heard anything from them, so I'm asking for a refund. I furnished the SKU # and the Order #. I also provided the exact way they added up my order. I got an email saying they would get in touch with me, but after reading the other comments, I doubt I will ever get a refund or ever see the bracelet. I finally got my bracelet even though they never let me know when it was shipped. The bracelet is just ok. I can tell the center of the charm is a giraffe print sticker with a black silhouette of a giraffe in the center. I will keep you updated as to how the bracelet holds up.

I bought a bracelet from here. 2 hours later I seen one for the same price that I liked better. I immediately sent an email to customer service letting them know I wanted to switch my bracelet to a different one but that was the same price. The next day I still hadn't heard anything back from them so I sent another email They answered that one but said it was too late that they had shipped it already. That was a lied because hours after them telling me that I got an email saying my order was being worked on. This place is ridiculous! Stay away at all costs.

On December 10th I ordered several bracelets.of course they were excited to receive my order and stated in an email that I would receive a tracking number in another email, it's now the 27th and still no tracking number. I have called several times and I get a recording saying to call back during business hours but that does no good because it rings twice then goes to beeping, I did get a return email saying they got my email and someone would be contacting me but, no one has. I sent another email today requesting a refund and told them they have bad business ethics. I will not ever order from the company again nor do I recommend anyone to order from them..

I purchased 2 braceletes and a necklace from here as a xmas gift this year, I am from the UK and the company is in America so I had to pay shipping fees of course. Then when the parcel arrived I had to pay an extra £15.88 fee to Royal Mail for handling the goods before I could recieve them. To top it off, when I received the gifts, I thought as they said they were reduced from $30 that they would be of good quality. Pretty on the outside yes but the necklace very quickly turned a greenish colour and I was unable to wear it again after a few times. I hope my sister is not as disappointed with her bracelet as I am with my necklace.
