All I wanted was the registered owner's name and address. Didn't even really need the address. But a registered owner's name with is part of public record. If you can't help with that, then the account is not worth my money or time.

I typed a name and a small town

I typed a name and a small town. Your preliminary results indicated that you had located a person with that name in that small town. I paid. The results came. That town and that name were never displayed. Instead I got variations of the name in random locations all over The US. Very misleading. Clearly a waste of time and money.

I paid 13$ (12.90) total for information/data to have for a presentation however the information that I paid for was not available. If you advertise that you can get information and then can not provide it I would think they would give your money back but in this day and age it is probably not worth the headache.
