Yes I've ran into a strange situation.i have a vehicle sitting outside of the apartment complex registered to a Jeffrey holmes.well the guy driving the vehicle is name Eugene.o have to get some work done on my vehicle.he has my parts in his vehicle.i can't find his number.but I did find the owner of the vehicle.
