Please know that the notifications regarding additional fees for the Premium Reports are optional add-ons only. You can exit the pop-up notification, and it will continue running the search without additional fees.

I ran the search on my end and was also unsuccessful. It could be that the license plate might be restricted access under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) protection. This may also happen if the information has been purposely removed for privacy, confidentiality, and security by an individual or the state.

Since we could not provide the information, I canceled the account and processed a refund of $2.95. Please expect the funds to reflect in 3 to 5 business days. The site sucked me in by having the person come up when I saw his name specifically when an arrest record was shown. When I paid, the report said "no criminal or arrest record". So WHY SHOW arrest record page with his name (no other person named) in the first place? Slick.
