I paid to be a member. In no less than about 10 minutes after, they "suspended" me, saying I may have "violated" a term, yet they won't tell me what "term"! ALL I was using this for was to look up license plate words (I was applying to my local DMV for a personalized license plate and since they only give you a few choices for the personalization, I needed to be sure that any and all of my choices were not already in use by a fellow state resident! I didn't even look at or care to look at any personal information that this site "look-up" provides to us PAYING members!). I clicked "motor vehicles" as the only closest choice as to the reason I was using their site (which they gladly take our money for at the onset, regardless).
Then I call the number that their "suspension" message provides and after you listen to their recording, it never connects to any person AND doesn't even give the option to leave a message AND it DROPS the call! I tried SIX TIMES with the same result!.
So buyer/user beware. You can sign up, and give YOUR personal information to them, and PAY, and be suspended immediately, and without ANY REASON given other than "you may have violated a term"!
