I ordered shoes for my daughter in August and payed $80 +. It's fine, but we are in the end of September and they never were shipped. Anytime I try to follow up on my order I get a message that my order unfortunately delayed and they would restock in a few days. Same thing since August. Same exact response. I do not recommend to order anything from this site. Very unreliable, unprofessional organization. Will cancel my payment and order from normal site.
Besides the fact that the shoes are fake, when they arrived they were so creased and careless packed. The box is also fake and not even folded. Just a piece of paper.
We ordered our daughter's shoes on November 27th. Paid in full, the shoes we not on backorder I've called multiple times, I've left numerous voicemails, no one ever calls back, or the voicemail is full, the AI is no help, i keep getting the same generated email saying someone will contact me in 3-4 days and its been 15 days. It is now December 15, my daughter has comp coming up and her shoes are STILL NOT SHIPPED.So far this is the WORST store and customer service i have had to deal with regarding sports. I will update this review when SOMEONE gets a hold of me.
The boots from infinityshoes.com are very poor quality. Te soles are not durable at all. They are more like bedroom shoes on the bottom. Buy another from hyshous e.com. The quality was unbelievable.
