I never write reviews, but this was by far the worse customer service that I ever had. I ordered a gray lace dress several month ago (before the bad reviews came out). It came as a navy blue dress with gold sequins. Of course I had to take a picture. He said it could be the lighting. I was never able to return it, and ended up taking it to Goodwill.
My order was not the size I ordered. I emailed repeatedly to get info to return for a refund and never received a reply. They obviously are a scam company because every single one of the reviews are similar to mine. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered tops by connecting directly to their ad site on FB. After several days of no email confirmation of order, I realized I was scammed. This company changes names constantly. I emailed and my order was cancelled right! No refund.
If you want a refund, they try to get you to download TEAMVIEWER app to your computer so they can "send you the refund form". This is how they gain financial access from your computer. Don't do it! Plus all the clothes are cheap polyester. Prob child labor too.
Do NOT buy from this company. They intentionally make returns impossible. They come up with all kinds of ridiculous reasons. Unless you want to deal with a lot of irritation I definitely suggest to steer clear of this company
They claim that items are manufactured in the US. THE BIG LIE. Stating it's from South Carolina. I'm waiting for over three weeks for my order to ship. A label was created...on April 12th, USPS still hasn't received the package. Customer Service, in very poor English, claims it "hasn't updated yet and the package was sent to the shipper." NOT TRUE! USPS scans as the package is in the facility. Mine is in New Jersey, supposedly, less than 100 miles from me. For five days now? REALLY? This mother company, selling under several names, LSORU is the one I ordered from, needs to be shut down. PayPal is investigating as I want a complete refund. Oh, BTW, they take your money immediately when you place an order. **** UPDATE I FINALLY received my order. It was indeed shipped from China. There isn't any label as to manufacturing country...only a size tag. Items aren't worth the money charged. I won't go through the hassle of returning but don't waste your money. Material isn't quality...but not the worst. They claim this is from South Carolina. I just can't believe that they are allowed to be in business at this point. Their advertising and whole method of business is fraudulent.
This is horrible place to shop. They don't want to accept return for their bad dresses which don't look like the pictures. They required to take my photo with the dresses.
Don't do any business with this place.
Our experience with Indiefit has been horrible. We needed assistance during the ordering process and Customer Service kept telling us that the issue we had was their area of responsibility. Once the dress arrived it was not what we had expected. We understand you take that risk when you order on line - but we are always assured when on line stores have a return policy. We've been trying to return the dress for a few weeks. We asked for a return authorization number (per their policy) and was then asked why we wanted to return; when told it was not the quality we expected we were asked to send a photo; once the photo was sent we were told that "the dress looks beautiful what is wrong with the dress?"
With SOOOO many other on line store options - I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Buying a dress without trying it on is taking a risk. Having a return policy mitigates this risk. Arguing with the customer about returning the dress is unacceptable!
SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FRON THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM! I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING SINE 1/7/23 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, GOT AN EMAIL THAT MY PACKAGE IS PENDING DELIVERY AND I HAVE TO PAY 2.00 THIs is ridiculous!
When I first saw the beautiful blouse that I ordered, I was so happy and exited. Once I received it, I was so so disappointed. The colors were less vibrant and the design on it was really fuzzy. The buttons and material of the blouse are so cheap that I'm afraid to wash it because I think it might tare. Do not order from this site!
Echoing the other complaints here -- the WORST to deal with! Heaven forbid you wish to return an item -- first they totally ignored, then they claimed I had reached the PayPal team by accident (uh, no, I'm talkin' to YOU people!), then once I opened a dispute with PayPal, they finally agreed to send me a refund, oh, but I'll have to ship my item to China on my dime and the shipping costs more than the clothing! Yeah, that's an awesome return policy. Jerks. STEER CLEAR!
This is the worst place to get a dress its not what you order then they play games

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I never leave poor reviews but this can not go unnoticed. I bought a bikini top that was too small and asked to return it. They kept insisting it was a dress and then asked for pictures of me in it so that they could see the problem so they could "help" me. I sent about 3 emails back and forth trying to get them to understand the word BIKINI and not dress until finally I sent them a copy of the email confirmation with the word highlighted and then they finally said oh okay. But to no delay, the next email they went back to saying that I could not return my custom made dress. It was as though I was dealing with Ground Hog Day or someone who had never read the 10 previous emails that have been executed. This service is unacceptable. How anyone thinks that they could run a business this way and post their things on Instagram and Facebook is beyond me but I also see that this company is based out of Hong Kong, yet that is still no excuse. The shipping took 2 weeks and the customer rep who I spoke to online was rude. I have been trying to return this for almost a month now and to no resolve. They are horrible.
I received 2 faulty tops and the company were refusing to allow me to return for a refund, saying that the return postage costs would be too high. The only way I could possibly get a refund, is for me to pay for the postage costs. I told them I was not going to be out of pocket for an order that was faulty. They refused! I have had to go through Paypal to claim my money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
They do NOT allow returns on their poorly made products. Terrible customer service. They ask for photos of the item on! And the disagree with why you want to return! Do NOT order from them.
I ordered a dress for prom from this website and it was nothing like the picture given. It took about over a month for my dress to arrive and was nothing like the color or neckline that was in the picture. I got a completely different dress. I am so disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!
