Tacky clothes that are copies of the photos in their ads. Don't even think about returning anything. I had a $200 order and they offered me $12. Total scam. Would be so sad if someone trusted this site for a special occasion.

Well shame on me. I know better than to order from Facebook. Company supposedly based in South Carolina and advertised under a different name. I received my order and the quality was awful, looked nothing like the picture and sizing was crazy. I've emailed for a refund and am not holding my breath based on the other reviews. At this point I'd take even 1/3 or 1/2 of what I paid just to get something back. These will be going to Goodwill.

This is a huge scam. I'd give them a negative 100 stars. Product is complete junk misrepresentation.
They advertise USA company but it's from China that apparently goes to a US company warehouse where they put a US shipping address. Requested an address to return 5 times and they keep replying they can offer me 20.00 for a 91.00 order. Then I say no it goes to 40.00 then it goes to 60.00. I ended up filing a formal complaint with PayPal and my credit card company and was refunded. In the meantime I sent back to the address from the US it came from and got a signed receipt for proof. Nightmare. Just Don't!

I ordered from Indie Fit after seeing ads on Face book. They held my money for almost 2 months and did not ship the items. They only shipped after I complained to Pay Pal. Once i received the items they were complete garbage. They did not look like the photos being advertised. So thin you can see through them. Pay Pal closed my case and will not accept an appeal. I am closing my account with Pay Pal. This company is a SCAM. Do not order from them! If I could give zero stars I would.

I returned within one week. Material was substandard and sizes all wrong. They refused to refund my money. Many emails back and forth. Still no refund. Unfortunately there's no Better Business Bureau in Shanghi China. I sure learned my lesson not to buy from Instagram. Shame on those people. Don't they believe in Karma?

I purchased a dress in a size larger than I ordinarily wear. According to the measurements provided on their site, it would be a bit large on me. Not a problem. I can take it in. When it arrived I discovered that it was shipped from China and had a USPS label stuck crookedly over the Chinese label. The dress is so short-waisted that the bottom of the bust hits at the top of my bust. Dresses in this style measure approximately 15" from shoulder seam to bust seam. This one measures 11". If you are very short, it will fit. The fabric of the skirt is cheap. I asked for a full refund, which they refused. They offered a few low amounts, but I felt a full refund was in order. I did not get any refund. They informed me that I cannot return the dress. I can't wear the dress and cannot sell it due to the strange fit. I would avoid this company.

The dress is so off in shape, the bust line is across my breasts and the rest of the dress would fit a 500 lb person, it's so ugly and no use to anyone. I asked for a refund but they come back with offers of take 11 $ off the dress and I keep the dress, take $ 20 dollars off and keep the dress. It is infuriating and waste of my time to try and argue with this company, what would you do?

After buying dress & two tops (dress totally unsuitable cheap nasty thing), tops too small - I returned goods in good faith asking for refund for dress & larger size for tops.
First they said, keep the products (indicative of lousy quality) & pay US$30 for postage of new tops!
They say never received goods - what a scam, I'm $150 out of pocket with Andy nothing to show for it despite numerous emails

I ordered a X-Large dress which from other company's always fit beautifully. The dress I received in a X-Large must have been designed for a flat breasted woman. Then they want $15.00 to ship me a larger dress. The size isn't the problem. The design of the dress is the problem.

0 communication when you ask for tracking or even a confirmation of the order.
I contacted Paypal and will receive a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER COMPANIES THAT SELLS 'too good to be true" clothing. They are all CHINESE NOT U.S.
If you have running shoes, use them! RUN!

Indiefit.com advertises on social media as "CRIGNE" among other names. They claim their products as made in South Carolina USA. THIS IS A LIE. I live in SC and I purchased a sweater for my wife from them. The item arrived after 3 weeks in an international shipping wrapper. Inside was the sweater I ordered with a MADE IN CHINA decal right on it. I decided to look for the same item on wish.com and found it (with the exact same picture (for less than $20 shipped). I bought it because I believed it was a USA product. They charged me $68 for the one I bought and offered a $20 refund when I confined them about it. They said if I didn't accept that, I could pay return shipping to China and get a full refund. Yeah, like I believe them! I started commenting on their FAcebook ads that they were NOT in the USA. I was subsequently blocked by them at that point, so they could continue their fraudulent sales gimmick.

Definitely NOT as advertised or expected. Things were made of poor quality materials and did not fit. It took them almost 3 months to ship the items and when they arrived the shipping packaging was better materials than the actual clothing item. Everything was completely see through the materials were so thin.
I would rate them ZERO if I could.

I don't usually buy clothes online but decided to treat myself to a couple beautiful pieces or so I thought. I received my order after a month and the sizing and quality is really terrible. I have reached out to Indiefit multiple times and still cannot get a response for a return authorization. The materials do not look like the pictures. Polyester with elastic around the arm holes that would cut off the circulation of a really small person. Greatly disappointed. I want my money back. I couldn't give these clothes away.

I ordered a dress as a gift for a family member. Paid $41.99 plus $14.99 shipping. When the item arrived the quality was awful & it looked nothing like the picture of the dress. When I emailed requesting return approval as directed on their website they did not want to give me return approval then told me to keep the dress and told me they would refund $15. When I said no they told me I would have to pay for it to be shipped to China. What a scam this site is. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID & KEEP YOUR MONEY.

The photos of the clothes look great. In real life, when my dresses arrived, they looked nothing like the photos. In fact, they advertise the clothes as being "cotton" but it is clearly made of a cheap, synthetic material -- it felt like tent material. I feel so swindled and cheated. I totally agree with another reviewer -- "polyester rubbish... run a mile!" I contacted customer support, they took months to respond. I gave up and threw the dresses away. What a total and complete waste of money.

Please, I urge you not to buy from this scam company in China. They have ZERO customer service. I had to give them a star because it wouldn't take my review without it but I'd like to give them no star. They refused to give me a return authorization on brand new garments still in the bag with the tags on. It's been horrible stressful experience. Don't do it no matter how nice you think they talk on their website or how much you like the outfit.

Do not order from this company. The clothing is poor quality. The items arrive not even looking like the pictured advertisement. I'm not talking about a difference in color, I am talking about a difference in material and style. Then when you complain and wish a refund they offer you pennies on the dollar. The only reason I clicked on one star is because the site would not accept my review without clicking on at least one star. They do not deserve a single star!

I saw the ad and was interested even though I KNOW better. I got sucked in. Made the purchase with Paypal. Looked up the tracking and saw that the package was delivered but I had not received. Made some calls found out the sender sent the package to a different address. WHAT? Whatever. The Phone number is fake and emailing them is like talking to a 3 year old. Paypal confirmed the sender error and refunded my purchase. THANK GOD or I would have been stuck with the garbage junk without the option to return.

Do not order from this company unless you want to receive items you didn't order, items that clearly were not as described or like me, received a third of the order. They do not include any packing slip, nor receipt on how to return the items and get your money back. The items come from China, sent to some random US address but they offer no way to reach them and no company name on mailing address. I found an email online with a comment that "they will offer full refunds for returns and to contact them via the indiefit email provided." I tried twice and each time received a response that this email box if full and my email could not be received. I went thru PayPal's resolution center and still waiting on a response. They offered to reimburse me for a fraction of what I was charged and I declined. Additionally, beware -- they will charge your credit card or PayPal account a random amount that is hundreds of dollars more than what you actually paid. I spent $149 for items I never received but on my PayPal account, they put a hold on over $1000 and it said the $149 is a partial payment for the $700+ purchase. It is all a scam! Stay away.
