I placed the order online and when doing so it asked you to take your own measurements if you wanted it stitched there was also an additional fee that all made sense. I placed the order made the payment got confirmation and was excited. 2 days later I got an email saying the measurements I sent was for a plus size person and that I would be charged more I argued back saying no where on the site did it say this I was (a) angry (b) embarrassed that I was being called plus sized (c) the fact this was not anywhere on the site made me second guess if this was even a legit company. However I have to say desperate times for me meant I had no choice and just paid the extra. Almost 3 weeks later I contacted the company by what's app and asked when I would get the outfit as I ordered it for a wedding for Sep 4th. I was assured it would be there well in advance I have the messages to prove this. Again I texted 9 days out and was told it was being sent out on Monday (the next day). 3 days left I texted I did not get anything no tracking number nothing to be told we are sending it out this evening took longer due to the size again making me feel upset that my size had to be mentioned again. Then I was assured that they will express mail it and I will get it within 24hrs. Ok I was excited but nervous as I was not sure about making any adjustments since I had to wear it to a wedding that Thursday and Color theme was bottle green. Well guess what the outfit did not come on time, it was not sent express mail as promised and I was finally able to track it. My experience was awful I paid more then expected I was promised something that never happened and I was treated different because of my size.
