My experience has been super poor, pathetic to be honest.
I placed two seperate orders on the same day for gifting for an occasion, honestly, I should not have spent the money on this site. First order had items with the same ready to ship date, the second order with similar ready to ship date later then the first order.
After enquiring about the first order I received poor communication, lame excuses for the delay, what really was happening is that they combined the two orders without my request and sent it together as both orders qualified for free shipping. I requested the orders to be cancelled but it wasn't. They promised a credit for the delay but they haven't appeared in the account.
The site is cheap and the service is nasty but I suppose this is what you get when you pay peanuts you get monkeys.
Other friends have had similar experiences.
If you are going to order from this site be warned on poor experience and late delivery as the ready to ship date is false advertising and you will never get the order in time for an occasion.

I ordered a saree for a wedding that is happening today but my saree won't arrive until Tuesday. I have been in constant contact with the company and have told them repeatedly when the event was happening and that I wouldn't want the saree if it couldn't arrive in time. Yesterday I got word that it had shipped, wouldn't arrive in time but that "I could use it for a future event". Horrible service! I am stopping payment on my credit card and had to drive a total of 4 hours to buy a different saree for today's wedding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My original order for my wedding dress, they waited a week to tell me it was discontinued and I needed to find another dress. My original dress is still for sale on their site, yet I had to find a new one. Odd. So I did. I made sure they knew It was my wedding dress and that I needed it by the day I was originally guaranteed. They promised me that it would arrive when I was told. The week it was to be here, they emailed me saying that I could not get the top at the length I needed it. I was not happy about this but thought I could try to lengthen it when it got here. My dress did not arrive until the day I was getting married and I was getting married in another state. I tried to cancel my order when I found out they were going to ship it 2 weeks late. They would not help me out, they would not cooperate. They only wanted for give me a whole 10% off my NEXT order. WHY would I ever order with them again. It was a nightmare trying to work with them. I could go on and on about what happened and how bad it was but I will just say, DO NOT order through this site. It is not worth it.
