I ordered two kurtas for an important event just two weeks away, but they arrived late and fit uncomfortably tight. I was traveling for the event when they finally showed up, and upon coming back and trying them on, I found out that I had only a two-day return window. When I reached out to the support team, they were unhelpful and refused to process my return. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am thoroughly disappointed. I will never order from this company again!

It seems some of the products are fake and don't reflect the picture while some are more beautiful than picture. Also the "My account" link doesn't always work. It's hard to determine the price you paid for an item unless you got back for the receipt.

Order from the company following the instructional video guidelines, when I receive the items I was disappointed to see nothing fit it was a bit of frustration trying to exchange which was going to be very costly, I was able to resolve it but don't know if I would go through that headache again, shipping was ok just make sure to give yourself a two week window. The saree material is fraying and snagging but still it's beautiful.

Excellent communication but one was done twice and still not good, one came on time and was excellent and the third one was good except was delayed by 6 weeks. The company is good but I couldn't understand how one fits and the other doesn't - it costs them twice to send the goods. They could they very well if they focus on details. And have a good final inspection against the specifications. I have to say they are a very nice mob to deal with - courteous and honest. I will order next time but with strict instructions.

The sharara I ordered was good. The Linen saree I ordered was exactly the colour I expected. But the texture was not what I expected of linen the way it descibed. It is more like silk cotton texture.
