I ordered a designer dress which was looking fabulous in the picture and material on it was looking pure chiffon... when I ordered this expensive dress, it was a disaster. Material of the dress was some cheap looking fabric and on top of that even though I gave my exact measurements the make of dress was dreadful... it was a Chinese collar and zipper in center back andneck size such a small as if it was sewn for a little girl... I am totally annoyed with this quality... definitely NO MORE ORDERS FROM MY SIDE... BIG NO...

This is the first time I ordered with The Indian Cloth Store. I was very impressed with the product and service. My order was received before the scheduled time. The stitching on the blouse, pre stitched saree and petticoat was impeccable. I have had horrible experiences ordering online from other sites and the products always have hanging threads and I always have to get the order altered. Not is time, I look forward to ordering again from The Indian Cloth Store. The quality, cost and experience was EXCELLENT.

The clothes that are shipped are not alway what are advertised. The neck lines and styles are always altered. The sizing are always have to pay extra to get them altered. I have asked for a zipper a number of times and most of the time it is missing.The pajami bottoms are horrible, they are always sliding off as you walk or try to sit. The return policy is also horrible, if you change your mind the next day, no one wants to acknowledge that it is not what you ordered

I currently purchased a an outfit from IndianClothStore and I had it custom stitched. Outfit had embroidery with gold prickly thread. My outfit was lined but the sleeves were not and when I asked they told me that I didn't asked for it to be lined. Well, we see an outfit online not knowing how the material is and we order it based on what is told by the company. They asked me other questions, why couldn't they ask me about the sleeves. It is very uncomfortable to wear the outfit because of the unlined sleeves.

Instead of giving we some suggestions or helping me out, they basically said, you did not ask for it so you didn't get it. I have spent more than a $1000US over a period of time and I get a horrible customer service.

I also ordered an unstitched outfit and it does not look like what they advertised. I am one unhappy and upset customer.

Well IndianClothStore, you have just lost a customer.

I ordered a lehenga from the store and they made my lehenga according to the specifications i needed and it fits well.
I really like the lehenga and its far more beautiful, heavier and glamorous than shown in the picture. I was really amazed when i opened it since it exceeded my expectations with the quality of the material and also the stitching though the it took a while to receive it.
Vipul was very good with the customer services and always replied my calls and emails promptly and politely.

I always feel a bit skeptical and unsure about shopping for clothes online. But after checking out the good reviews for Indian Cloth Store, I thought I will give it a go. I ordered 2 lehengha choli sets and an anarkali for my daughter and 3 sherwanis for my son for an upcoming family wedding. The customer service personnel Karan was very helpful. Made the billing and custom tailoring requirements all very easy. Always keeping in touch, to let me know the status of my order. I recieved all the items safely. All the outfits were really well tailored and looked as beautiful as the images on their website. When I show the outfits to my friend and relatives. They are all so impressed that they also want to place orders now with Indian Cloth store. Great prices. Great products and excellent customer service. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future.

Unbelievably poor quality clothes. I ordered an outfit from them that cost over $100 and it came with a tear in the chest, a bright orange paint stain under the sleeve and a huge (glue?) stain on the dupatta. I wrote them within a day of receiving it and sent pictures of the issues but they still refused a refund. Beyond having poor quality control, I assume with this many issues they are intentionally selling the defective clothes over the internet where people cannot see them first. The positive reviews here are almost certainly fake. DO NOT buy from this website. In response to the silly comment posted by IndianClothStore below, they certainly never offered my money back only a $50 refund which is less than half what I paid for the product. Also note: using PayPal does NOT guarantee your purchase from this site unless you buy un-stitched clothes (i. E., cloth). "Custom made items" are not covered by paypal buyer protection and no batter how bad the condition of the clothes is, you will not get your money back by filing a dispute with PayPal. I ordered one beautiful Lahenga for my daughters 16th birthday. As I was not sure if I can get the piece delivered on time or not Shruti was very helpful coordinating and contacting me for every details. It looks exactly as promised, and sized according to the measurements I sent in. It was shipped on time in USA. I was very happy with the material and the design of it. The quality is really good. It was my first purchase ever from this site. I will continue shopping from this site going forward for any occasions. The price is reasonable too.
Was very glad with the customer service.

I had talked to him for refund, but his strategy is to dubed your money through online transaction.

I ordered some clothes for Diwali, amazing traditional clothes. Warranted quality, no more worries about online shopping. Happy!
