I purchased an item from IndiaMART for $150 they gave me a tracking # that ended up arriving in California which I am in Florida so that package is irretrievable cause the company no longer answers my calls or msgs beware!

Good domestic leads provided by them. I paid only ******* but their b2b portal is super fast. I get their buyers in daily basis

I bought an expensive capture card, never received it, and they won't answer any communications.
They will take your money and run!

I have been a user of Indiamart premium services for a long time.

Indiamart is not a buyer or seller-oriented portal. They create spam inquiries—for example, they generate inquiry about who is just searching for it. And many more ways, they kept your inquiry box filling with a big chunk of bogus inquiries.

We are not getting enough business because of too much illogical competition for premium customers. Indiamart send an inquiry to more than 30–50 sellers. If a person is enquired individually to your business in any way (direct call or sending you a direct message or on your website created by them), they spread it like published in a newspaper. I am already running a premium listing package, "preferred star," which costs me more than 5 lakh annually. Service cost is also much high. Still, we are getting this issue, so there is no sense in paying Indiamart.

Their so-called relationship manager kept forcing and spamming by calls to you and forcing you to upgrade services.

Demand a only money and no answer after payment by bank transfer...

You are deceived by the packaging looks good but I ended up in the emergency room, I really thought I was going to die. I believe it could have been fentanyl. I am so sorry to say because I have always worked with Indian people but they definitely are not part of NATO alliance. Something is wrong in how they treat Americans. Please do not buy for your own safety

This is a rip off. They promise the moon and deliver nothing.
They will string you along after taking as much money as possible using payment methods where you have no recourse.
Be warned! I will update this review if I find out differently.

Dont buy any plans from Indiamart most of the leads they provide are fake. Leads dont even talk to you even after so many reminders and calling forget about convertion. Fake business I have lost my hard earned money to these scammers

When I co planned to India mart they said they just offer a place for companies to sell products. But none of then are verified to be legitimate. Don't waste your money it is a scam.

I ORDERED MEDICATION FROM THE MARKETPLACE FROM ONE OF THERE SUPPLIERS. AFTER PAYMENT WAS MADE. A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER IT WAS IN DUBAI. WHEN I APPLIED FOR A REFUND, INDIA MART WAS NO HELP FOR THE MONEY BEING REFUND AND THEN THE SUPPLIER ON THERE MARKETPLACE, DISAPPEARED OUT OF THERE WEBSITE. NEVER USE THIS DUMB MARKETPLACE AND SCAMMERS ALL OF THEM. VERY SAD.

I sent an inquiry on Indiamart for Men Jeans. Indiamart sent some suppliers who were supposed to be Manufactures. A company by the name of Corus Bags got back to me with samples and pictures of production areas as if they were manufacturing men jeans. I sent them $6696 USD for 1200 men Jeans as of September 2021. I never received the supplies. One day they finally told me that they had some jeans ready for shipment. They had some old jeans with other companies name on them with my Logo on them too. The whole thing looked so disgusting. They told me that they are going to refund me my money since January. As of today, nothing. I tried to talk to IndiaMart about it but they kept referring me back to Corus Bags. Indiamart maybe a place where foreign merchants should stay away from. They never got involved.

I approached a pharmacy to buy medicine for my ailing dad through india mart (Ramdev pharmaceuticals). Everything looked legit, including GST number and invoice and even pictures of medicine. But they stopped responding and I never got the medicine. They stole INR 66,885!
And even though I informed India Mart, they never took action and the supplier is still there cheating people through their predicaments (my dad was in hospital that time and urgently needed the medicine).
