Most of leads they provide you is retail lead and other competitor also has access to it. They provide you direct lead which is forwarded to 50+ other competitors too. I bought yearly package staring from April 2020 to May 2021 in which foreign buy lead package was included. Now in November they told policy is changed and you can not access foreign buy leads and if you want to access you have to pay 3 times higher amount then which i paid. If you complaint then there representative and manager give default answer sir we know you were buying only foreign buy leads but company changed there policy. It means they also knows it is cheating but they can't do anything. Stay away from such company otherwise your hard earned money gets wasted.

Even their verified seller can not be trusted. Transaction with 3 different seller and all unsuccesfull. They are all friendly and helpful only when first negotiating. Soon after you transfer payment, they will be too busy to response.
My last transaction, over 1 month already after payment transferred and I received nothing. Package shipped via unwellknown logistic company. The logistics then hold my package because seller has not paid shipping cost.
Try to complain to Indiamart Customer Service. Good and fast response at first only. Follow up email received days after. Seems no action taken to the seller.
The seller still active as usual, looking for other buyers to be fooled.
Most likely I will once again lose my money.
Will I use Indiamart again? NEVER AGAIN!
The worst online business I have ever met.

My mother is a loyal customer to indiamart and told me about it. It is almost like playing russian roulette with your money. My mother honestly has never had an issue with this company but will not be using it anymore because of my situation. I talked to a supposed supplier "Enquiry - Global Pharm", for over a week about placing an order only to be conned out of $620. I have evidence, pictures and receipts. I have reached out every possible way to Indiamart to try to resolve the situation and WAS even willing to take a credit to shop with another supplier. Nothing. Please find another website before you get scammed. If they took ownership for letting con artist infiltrate their business then maybe they would be reputable. But there is far too many people losing money for them not to take better care or customers.

We expect quality and big client after paying a good amount but in return we get clients of rs. 500 which is very less in number and difficult to get break even point.
Most Important thing Class of buyer they had like Carpenter, Plumber, worker who need only guidance and don''t want to pay any single penny so never try to think that you will earn money and fulfill your dreams.

They always make false promise and nothing back in return.

I have purchased baby jhula from J. N Enterprise which was promised to be delivered in 7 days, but the item was received in 15-17 days. Some of the parts were broken, with incomplete painting works, scratches and spillage of painting was noticed.It is not value for the money spent. I have paid INR ******* to get it exported, however the quality doesn't really met the amount of money spent.The supplier didn't even reply the whats app messages sent to him. If you cant able to meet the export quality please do not market your product here.

Order some pills two month ago. Still not received it. Tried to contact seller, but no response. Indiamart,com its just a platform, I have nothing about this site but the merchants they hosting are scam and it look like Indiamart.com doing nothing to fix this problem. Merchant I bought from was - Fono Pharma, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

I bought gloves via indiamart from Arham Surgical & Healthcare last year 2019 November. I paid my last payment in March/April 2020 when the supplier told me that he was done with the production. The supplier then started coming up with excuses of why he can not send my goods that I fully paid for plus shipping to South Africa. I have been negotiating with the supplier to refund my company in full but haven't had any success. Please beware of this supplier. And indiamart has done nothing to help so far. It's like they don't care that I was defrauded from their website. Please Please beware of Arham Surgical & Healthcare.

My initial enquiry led to ease of ordering and a choice of payment options. Standard delivery takes a couple, or so, days with next day delivery offered. To 'say' that I'm absolutely delighted with this Company and the service it provides would not do it justice.

My wife paid for goods using IndiaMart and she got completely scammed and robbed of $563 which her mother who has emphysema gave her. They asked for $500 more for shipping! Turned out to be a scam and IndiaMart say they are only a listing agent.

Would you do business with them? Imagine walking into a shop and giving the shopkeeper $50 for goods only for him to say you need to give me $50.

But I already have?

No I want $50 or get out of my shop.

You get the picture, a lot of money and the seller even came back with horrible abuse too.

This is nothing but a rip off! They charge $40 for expedited S&H and guarantee shipping to take no longer than 8 days! After I paid the $40 for expedited S&H it took 29 days before I received my order! There are so many other Companies and Country's that are 100% reliable as well as cheaper! I found Indiamart very unprofessional as well. I plan on reporting a particular swller to everyone possible in hopes that no other customer will have to experience what I've had to endure!

Indiamart is not a buyer or seller-oriented portal. They create spam inquiries—for example, they generate inquiry about who is just searching for it. And many more ways, they kept your inquiry box filling with a big chunk of bogus inquiries.

We are not getting enough business because of too much illogical competition for premium customers. Indiamart send an inquiry to more than 30–50 sellers. If a person is enquired individually to your business in any way (direct call or sending you a direct message or on your website created by them), they spread it like published in a newspaper. I am already running a premium listing package, "preferred star," which costs me more than 5 lakh annually. Service cost is also much high. Still, we are getting this issue, so there is no sense in paying Indiamart.

Their so-called relationship manager kept forcing and spamming by calls to you and forcing you to upgrade services.

I live in the US and assumed shipping will take one month and it did. (I ordered over the counter pills from England and they were stuck in American Customs for weeks!) I am satisfied with the seller and product. Just be aware that shipping will be slow.

IndiaMart Concept is Good. But there service of lead management is not up to the mark. They just don't validate there customer needs, Suppose you are buyer in Indiamart and you are planning to buy a lead of a customer. After purchasing the lead -the buyer should understand the customer need. By the time buyer will realize they wasted there lead money on wrong customer because either the customer himself provides that services or he is looking for some other service which the buyer cannot provide.

Customer requirements are stated in one line - I need website. What kind of website you require bro? Is it Static or Dynamic? Is that for your company or personal? E-commerce or Corporate website. Nothing -there is no information at all. Its buyers duty to spend money and understand customer requirement.

We had ordered 3 show pieces for the office, all around 60 inches big. During transit, 2 of the show pieces were stolen. And we had received only 1 and the parcel was completely damaged and broken. We complaint about the same to the proprietor Mr. Harshvardhan.
They responded back very positively and promised to deliver the same again at their own cost.
Within a week they contacted us and sent us the show pieces again which were stolen earlier.
They are completely reliable, honest and a man of words.
So I highly recommend this genuine seller on indiamart for some excellent show pieces that too at very reasonable prices.

The sales team collected the payment but never delivered the service as promised. Their backend team harasses with calls every day and is run by a bunch of illiterate arrogant people. They don't have the IQ to perform and the company is a big fraud. Save your money. Pay other brands like just dial but not indiamart.

Everyone on indiaMart are scammers. I was scammed this week by someone using your company. They stole 200 usd and somehow you guys need to be responsible for not scanning the companies and getting away with it. I will keep letting people know that you dont care about their clients and set up blogs letting them know its very unfair to the people who work hard for their money to be scammed. You can remove my account but I promise I will keep posting until I either get my money or get my product..

Dont buy any plans from Indiamart most of the leads they provide are fake. Leads dont even talk to you even after so many reminders and calling forget about convertion. Fake business I have lost my hard earned money to these scammers

India Mart is worst platform for export sellers now. They have added extra section for export lead & charging too much extra from Sellers around 90,000 + Tax only for 6 month which is horrible to pay for sellers because we know it's totally impossible to earn from India Mart. There are too much competition & less margin. And, they're charging a huge amount for this poor worst service. According to India Mart If you want leads from abroad then you'll have to take this plan. Many of sellers will drop India mart soon if they will not take it back or improve this plan. Such a bad step from India Mart. They just want to collect money from sellers... they're worst worst now. I'll leave them now. If I'll spend this amount in our business then I can have more good earning than India Mart.

When I first put my order into India Mart, I received several emails from different sources. They ALL seemed okay, but still had a bad hunch. I almost put a payment through Money Gram for 66.00$, but accidentally put Western Union, good thing I didn't because I felt so skeptical. When the emails died down and almost gave up, I received a wonderful email! I told him my situation, an being sick. He empathized with me gave me advice on a better prescription. He stayed in contact with me even through my confusion. He is so Sweet and the real deal, I never order online even in US, so you can imagine my surprise, Thank God I was patient, God sent him to me right on time! Thank you! Im going to keep him to myself! I will ask his permission before issuing out his ID due to him might not able to take everyone's orders. The point is be patient and you will know who is real and isnt, if you jump the gun on the first contact it most likely scam. Also I payed PayPal!
